Our vineyards, averaging 30 to 50 years old, are cultivated using the traditional Pergola Veronese and Guyot (Filare Speronato) methods.

Every step of our winemaking process is done with care and dedication, ensuring that all vineyard operations are carried out manually, from pruning to natural fertilization, with patience and deep respect for nature.

The experience includes a guided tour of the vineyards and cellar, where you will discover the winemaking process from vine to bottle. To complete the journey, enjoy a tasting of 3 or 5 carefully selected wines, each reflecting the unique character and tradition of Valpolicella.

Embark on a fascinating journey through our historic winery, where tradition and passion come together to create exceptional wines. The tour begins with a visit to our unique icehouse, now transformed into an aging room for the finest Amarone vintages, a prestigious private collection of the estate. The experience continues in the barrique cellar, where our wines undergo years of careful refinement, developing their distinctive character and depth. My husband and I were really looking forward to this tour. Received confirmation the day before, travelled by bus and taxi to winery and to our surprise nobody was there conducting a tour. In fact it took us about 20 minutes to hunt someone down at the winery. Apparently, they lost power in the morning but why we weren't notified was never explained. The 3 people we finally found at the winery were extremely gracious and helpful in getting us transport back to Verona. We had a slight language communication problem which we all worked hard to figure out. While waiting for our return taxi they poured us 2 glasses of wine and gifted us a bottle of one of their wines. Tripadvisor is refunding the cost of the tour, but we are hoping for an additional reimbursement for our travel expenses. I do not hold the winery responsible for this. The winery - Franchini - went out of their way to help us find our way back to Verona.

Lovely experience! The wine was outstanding. The tasting was on a beautiful property with the kindest hosts. They even recommended a local restaurant and ordered us a taxi. We had a case sent home. And it was truly a highlight of our trip.

Caterina welcomed us with kindness and accompanied us in the visit of the vineyard and in the cellar telling with accuracy of details the process of winemaking. Very interesting route and excellent wines! At the end of the experience he greeted us with a sweet wine and dove not included in the package

This was an unforgettable experience led by Marta, who explained how the Valpoicella, Amarone and a unique blend are produced at Franchini vineyards. We would highly recommend this tour. Marta was kind, interesting and thorough in her explanations.

We had an exceptional wine tasting experience. Despite our tight travel schedule, we booked the 11:30 AM slot, and it turned out to be perfect. We were fortunate to enjoy a personalized, one-on-one session, where the hosts were incredibly welcoming and patiently answered all of my beginner questions about wine tasting. And finally we got some amazing wines to take with us back home! I highly recommend driving to the location rather than walking, especially on a sunny day. The setting is stunning and absolutely worth the visit!
