1.00Our guide, Suzi never showed up for our 11am tour, did not answer the phone# we were given for her and could not even be reached by the company. We were offered another tour but not until 4:30pm, which was too late. We were refunded but it was very disappointing since we only had this day in St Moritz.

5.00Monica was so nice and did a great job of taking us on a short trip around St. Moritz. She was very knowledgeable about the city and the fact that she has lived there her entire life was definitely a big advantage.
