Wow! What a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in learning about the indigenous people of New Zealand and the many natural wonders in New Zealand. The tour was led by a woman named Nicole and she was fantastic! She had such a assessed for life and a profound appreciation for the things we were seeing. I think she had as much fun showing us as we had seeing everything.

A wonderful balance of culture and nature! Our excellent guide Nicolle was knowledgeable, engaging, and very informative. We really enjoyed the Maori cultural center and the amazing geyser and Redwood forest. I highly recommend this trip for cruise passengers, stopping here.

My wife and I enjoyed the day tour taken from Tauranga after our cruise ship, the Norwegian Spirit docked. Wicked Wanders Tour was as advertised and was enjoyable, especially our introduction to Mauri culture and New Zealand's geothermal events.

We had a lovely time on the tour. The guide was well informed and organised the day very well. The guides at the village were enthusiastic and passionate about their culture and the show was amazing.

Our tour guide Nicolle was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge of the area and her exuberance were incredible. She went above and beyond I'm sure what was expected of the tour. She made a couple of stops that were her favorite and not a usual part of the tour. HIGHLY recommend this tour and her in particular.

Nicolie was a great guide with an obvious love of the area and its heritage. Her commentary for the journey was a perfect introduction and when we arrived at Te Puia we were treated to an excellent tour by ‘Mrs T’. You pack in a lot on this tour - highly recommended.

Excellent alternative to ship excursion. The cultural village and geothermal park are excellent. Local knowledge and small group can makes the difference!

Beautiful discovery of geothermal energy. Visit the Kiwi preservation sanctuary and the opportunity to see some. However, the encounter with the Maori people lacks authenticity and spontaneity.
