The guide (Acharya) is incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, and explained Nepal’s history in a very clear and detailed way. He helped us understand the differences between Hindu and Buddhist deities — something we didn’t know at all before — and he was patient the whole time, always checking on how we were doing. Having a guide really helped us appreciate Nepal’s rich culture and local lifestyle. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful day. We felt truly happy and satisfied!

We made Langtang Valley Trek. The organozation was perfect as our guide, Pratip. Pratip knew what to do anytime, he cared of us as brother and sister. We managed also to reach Kyanging Ri at 4700m. Also the porter, Dup and maila were very kind. Absolutely recomended

We truly enjoyed our 6-day trek through the Langtang Valley. We had the pleasure of being guided by Raju — an incredibly attentive, cheerful, and fun guide who made every part of the journey enjoyable. Although the trail can be quite demanding at times, the stunning scenery and abundant wildlife make it absolutely worth it. Along the way, we spotted monkeys, goats, yaks, and even a black bear! Overall, it was an unforgettable adventure. If we ever do the trek again, we wouldn’t hesitate to request Raju as our guide.

Our Langtang trekking experience with Cordial Trek was truly exceptional. We were accompanied by our English-speaking guide, Pratip, and our friendly and skilled porter, Dup, who made the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. Throughout the trek, Pratip carefully checked our condition every day and provided valuable advice on how to properly acclimatize to the altitude. He also made timely adjustments to our itinerary based on weather updates and local conditions, allowing us to complete the trek safely and comfortably. Due to heavy rainfall in Syafru Besi, we decided to take the old mountain route instead of passing through Bamboo Village. Considering the Langtang area’s steep valley terrain, this decision turned out to be both safe and wise. Both our guide and porter were exceptionally kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the surrounding landscapes and Nepalese culture. Their warm hospitality and expertise made our journey even more memorable. We are deeply grateful for Cordial Trek’s excellent service and would definitely choose the same guide and porter for our next visit to Nepal.

A fantastic trip from start to finish. Our guide (Raj Tamang) was amazing - strongly recommend asking for him. From picking us up at the airport to guiding us to the top of Kyanjin Ri, we were always looked after well, and he always kept us going at the pace that was best suited for our group. He was clear and took the right precautions with us when we were feeling the effects of altitude slightly (inevitably for this walk), and adjusted the itinerary on the go to suit us. He was also very knowledgeable about the region and gave really nuanced takes on Nepalese customs, culture and nature. Will be using Cordial Trek again for any future trips and recommending to any friends that pass through. They were responsive via email and organised our trip very well.

August 2024. We relied on Cordial Trek to organize the trekking in the Langtang Valley. Unique experiences, really recommended!! We had a great time with all the people who took care of us, primarily the Guide and the porter who accompanied us during our trek. During the monsoon season visibility may not be optimal but the experience of trekking between villages, in these remote lands, is something that will not leave you indifferent. If then the mountains decide to show themselves, then it will be a real show!! If you love nature and mountains, you should not miss this experience! Thank you Cordial Trek for accompanying us on this adventure!
