After breakfast you will be picked from the hotel/guest house by our professional driver/tour guide and head to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to track the endangered white rhinos at least for an hour. Along the way you will have a stopover in Masindi District for lunch and then proceed to Murchison Falls National Park for a short evening game drive. Later, you will check in at the lodge for dinner and an overnight as you prepare for the next day’s program.

Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast, you will embark on a morning game drive and be able to spot some lions antelopes, buffalos, elephants, giraffes, and many others. After the exciting game drive return to the accommodation for lunch then back for a boat cruise where you will be able to sail through the floating hippos and spot other animals at the river bank like crocodiles, elephants, and numerous bird species like the rare shoebill stork. After the boat cruise, you will head back to the accommodation for an overnight.

Kidepo Valley National Park

In the morning have breakfast, check out the hotel, and then head off to Kidepo Valley National Park. Along the way, we shall have a stopover for lunch and short breaks and thereafter proceed to Kidepo Valley National Park. We shall reach in the evening then check in the hotel and have enough rest in preparation for the busy schedule the following day.

Kidepo Valley National Park

After breakfast you will embark on a game drive in the park/ Kidepo Valley National Park is one of the best wilderness places in Africa and a home for most extinct wildlife species that are rare to find in other game parks in Uganda, like the cheetahs. It harbors over 70 mammal species buffaloes, elands, warthogs, and over 400 bird species that live in open savanna. The park is also gifted naturally with the most interesting communities in Uganda that have preserved their traditional way of life (the Karamajongs, Acholis, and other interesting communities). The community visit immerses you into the rich and vibrant cultures of the Karamajong, visit their traditional homesteads as well as enjoy the traditional dances of the Karamajong women. Retreat from the cultural experience and head back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Sipi Falls

Early in the morning at 6:30 am, you will depart Kidepo Valley National Park and embark on the 5-hour scenic journey via the magnificent landscapes to Sipi Falls in Eastern Uganda. Upon arrival at 12:00 noon, you will have a lunch break at the lodge, and there meet the local guide and start off the hike to the top of Sipi Water Falls. The falls are surrounded by lush vegetation and the steep rocks over which the water falls. Following the footpaths in the local communities, farmlands of tea, and banana plantations, and breathtaking landscapes until you hear the hissing of the cascading waterfalls. The top of the falls will give you picturesque views of the green slopes of Mount Elgon and the distant plains of Karamoja. The hike takes about 3-4 hours. Enjoy exciting activities like birding, camping, rock climbing, nature walks, hiking, and canoeing at the site. In the late evening, you will opt for a community visit as you have a black coffee experience and later check in at the lodge

Source of the Nile - Speke Monument

Early in the morning at 7:00 am, you will embark on a 3-hour journey from Sipi Falls to Jinja city “Jinja is the adventure capital of East Africa” and it is most renowned for being the home to the Source of the Nile River. You will have lunch in town and then proceed to visit Ripon Falls and thereafter continue to the real source of the Nile where you will experience the Nile River dramatically separating from Lake Victoria, the stream of water will start running towards the North forming the Victoria Nile co-joining with the Albert Nile to Mediterranean sea. Explore the source of the Nile. Alternatively, you could go for option adventure activities such as white-water rafting, Nile water tubing, Kayaking, bungee jumping, and horse riding among others at an extra fee. Later retreat from the activity and check in at the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay

Entebbe

In the morning at 8:00 am, you start off the drive to back Kampala via Jinja road highway with a first stopover at the Historical Sezibwa waterfalls which are 7m high with hissing sound created by falling waters that form magnificent scenery. Later proceed with a bush lunch in Mabira forest and thereafter continue to your drive to Kampala/Entebbe.
