What To Expect
Travel to and from Changi Airport with families and friends comfortably in the MaxiCab 7 seater. It can fit 7 adult passengers and up to 7 luggage’s of mixed sizes (4 big and 3 medium). Worried about your budget and burning a big hole in your pockets? Fret not, we guarantees that you will be able to stick to your budget as our maxicab rates , are at flat rate and inclusive ERP and even peak hour surcharge. This assures you won’t have to pay more than the rates confirmed upon booking even when you are stuck in massive traffic jams. Although we accept advanced bookings, there is no advance booking or reservation fees. But do note that additional bank surcharge of 10 percent are applicable if you will be paying your fare by credit card. With our standard maxi cab flat rate its economical as you’ll save more travelling together in one group or as a family than taking two normal taxis and end up paying even more.

1.00A very misleading add. The van was very old. The worst private transfer we ever had. The driver was nice but we had to wait about 10 minutes.

5.00Our plane arrived over an hour late. The driver contacted me that he knew it was late and just contact him once our luggage was retrieved. Once we did, we notified him and he was there within 5 minutes. Vincent was great. He pointed out attractions in our way to hotel.

5.00Fabulous ! We paid the $25 extra and had the driver waiting for us and taking us to the van. We had a wheelchair user that can transfer to a seat and luggage and there was plenty of room. Highly recommend

1.00The driver was meant to meet us at the arrival gate but we couldn’t find him anywhere( so we ended up pushing our suitcases and three children on our own to go and find his car at a pick up bay, and they still charged me an additional fee

1.00I waited for at least 20 minutes to be contacted and tried to contact Viator to get the drivers number. As i exited the gate i did not see anyone. Waited and tried to call support. Could not wait any longer thus i had to obtain 2 taxi (fortunately the line for the taxi was not long). Currently i am waiting for viator to process my refund.
