  We had a fantastic day exploring Lucerne on this private tour. The drive from Zurich was smooth and scenic, with beautiful Swiss landscapes along the way. Lucerne is absolutely charming from the historic Chapel Bridge and lovely old town to the breathtaking lake and mountain views, every part felt special. What we really appreciated was the flexibility of the private tour. We had enough time to explore at our own pace, take photos, enjoy a relaxed walk, and simply soak in the atmosphere without feeling rushed. One of the highlights was spending time shopping at some of Lucerne’s famous luxury watch and jewelry stores like Bucherer, Gübelin, Kirchhofer, and Beyer. The shopping experience was excellent, and the tax refund process for international visitors made it even more convenient. Overall, everything was smooth, comfortable, and well-organized. A perfect way to experience Lucerne with the right balance of sightseeing, shopping, and free time. Highly recommended.

  We booked this tour as a family and had a wonderful day exploring Lucerne. The city is beautiful, with so much charm, history, and stunning scenery. We especially enjoyed the Lion Monument, the old town, and walking along the lakeside. The best part was the flexibility we never felt rushed and could explore everything at our own pace. During our free time, we also did a one-hour Lake Lucerne cruise on our own, which was absolutely worth it for the breathtaking views. Lucerne is also excellent for shopping, especially for Swiss watches. We visited some great stores, and I even bought a watch for my wife, which made the trip extra special. Overall, the private setup made everything smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Definitely one of the highlights of our Switzerland trip.

  This was one of the most memorable days of my trip to Switzerland. I had planned this journey as a birthday gift to myself, and everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. The private hotel pickup and drop-off made the day effortless and comfortable, while still giving me complete freedom to explore at my own pace. Lucerne is a beautiful city to walk around, and one of the highlights was visiting Bucherer, where I finally found the watch I had always dreamed of buying for myself. It became the perfect birthday gift and a wonderful memory from this special trip. What I loved most was the independence. Unlike large group tours, there was no rush and no pressure just a comfortable private transfer and the freedom to enjoy Switzerland exactly the way I wanted. An unforgettable experience and a fantastic birthday celebration.
