I had a 75-minute facial spa treatment that also included an amazing body massage, and honestly it was one of the most relaxing and luxurious experiences I’ve had in Hanoi. Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the attention to detail, and especially the kindness and dedication of the staff. They even gave Felipe, who was just accompanying me, the same massage treatment which we truly appreciated 🥹 The place is beautiful, elegant, and incredibly relaxing. You can really feel the care they put into every client.
