Despite arriving in Hanoi at the same time as typhoon Yazi, we had a great trip. Our guide, Hiep, had to make numerous rearrangements because roads were cut, rivers were flooded, and some planned sights couldn't be reached. Hiep managed lots of last-minute arrangements and always had a smile and a laugh with all the guests on our tour. Between Hiep and our driver, Mr Thunh, we saw a good representation of northern Vietnam. We were taken to lots of places around many landslides and damaged roads but always felt safe and confident in Hiep and Mr Thunh. Fully enjoyed our trip.

It was a really nice experience in Hanoi, Sapa & Ha Long Bay. The tour guide is really helpful, he answer whatsapp almost immediately p/s: even at night! They even refund us the monies when we decided to cancel our visit to Ninh Binh a day before. The only bad experience is the aircond is not working on our train to Sapa & we should have made our complain immediately on the spot as it's torturing for approx 8 hours trip on the train. Lucky enough for us is the tour guide have arrange us a free room in Sapa for us to rest before our adventure begins in Sapa. High recomended!!

Old Quarter Travel was most amazing in organizing all of our outings in Hanoi. While in Hanoi, we visited Halong Bay, Ninh Binh and Sapa, all of which were booked through them. Viet was most wonderful in arranging everything for us. We highly recommend their services for booking various adventures. We had the most wonderful time in Vietnam because of all the knowledgeable and nice guides they paired us up with. Can’t say enough good things about Old Quarter Travel! Thank you Viet!!!!

Viet at Old Quarter Travel was an excellent adviser who made my trip to Hanoi very organized, smooth, enjoyable. He went out of her way to be sure I was picked up from my hotel and returned every day on time, and accommodated my requests every time. I was travelling alone during November 2019, and it was my first time in Vietnam. However, during the 11-day tour in Hanoi, I always felt that Viet was looking after me as a friend, to be sure I was OK. We even had few beers together before I left Hanoi. He is very professional with an excellent customer service manners.

My partner and me travelled 2 weeks in North Vietnam and worked together with Old Quarter Travel to make our travel arrangements for the entire trip. Right from the start when preparing our trip- in contrast with some other travel agencies - there was a good agile communication. They clearly understand what customer centricity is about : trying to make recommendations based on your specific needs, showing flexibility when needed. During our trip we were accompanied by 3 different guides and chauffeurs, booked by Old Quarter Travel. All very professional, extremely punctual. I can highly recommend Old Quarter Travel. Thank you Viet!
