Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, a full day with morning and afternoon game drives to explore the plains, Serengeti is easily Tanzania's most famous national park, and it's also the largest, at 14,763 square kilometers of protected area that borders Kenya's Masai Mara Game Park It is the Migration for which Serengeti is perhaps most famous. Over a million wildebeest and about 200,000 zebras flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains for the short rains every October and November, and then swirl west and north after the long rains in April, May and June. So strong is the ancient instinct to move that no drought, gorge or crocodile infested river can hold them back. The Wildebeest travel through a variety of parks, reserves and protected areas and through a variety of habitat. Join us to explore the different forms of vegetation and landscapes of the Serengeti ecosystem and meet some of their most fascinating inhabitants

Perfect Safari organized an awesome private safari trip for our family. The whole trip from start to finish was smooth and enjoyable. Japhet, our trip planner, not only personally took us from the airport to the hotel and gave us nice safari hats, but also accommodated all of our requests during the trip. Our awesome tour guides, Sammy in Kenya and Alfayo in Tanzania, are professional tour guides. Their wealth of knowledge made us appreciate and understand the natural beauties of Kenya and Tanzania better; their warm personalities made us feel that Kenya and Tanzania are great countries to visit. Our friends are so impressed by the photos and videos we took on the trip that they plan to animals on safari themselves. I strongly recommend Perfect Safari to anyone who wants to explore Kenya and Tanzania. Thanks to Japhet, Sammy, Alfayo who made our first Africa safari trip so unforgettable. We look forward to going back to Kenya and Tanzania in the future.

For those who want a private custom safari in Kenya and Tanzania, I highly recommend perfect safaris. First of all, the correspondence between myself and perfect safaris tour coordinator/guide Lewenei was very fast considering the time zone differences. Lewenei helped us put together a perfect trip regarding our price and time frame. We worked together to pick safari lodges that we loved. At the beginning of the safari, Lewenei was extremely punctual and gave us a detailed introduction and addressed any questions and concerns had. We chose to do the “flying safari” (which I highly recommend) to maximize our time exploring the wildlife of Kenya and Tanzania. Every daily experience was tailored based on how we were feeling that day. One day we had an extremely long day that started out very early. Lewenei organized a picnic on the plains of Maasai Mara to watch the sunset with wine and beers. It was incredible. The transfer from to Kenya was an excited perfect experience. Flying from dirt airfields to the Serengeti was an amazing experience. Our guide in the Serengeti was a true expert in wildlife in the area. He knew exactly where to go to see animals and was great at helping us get the perfect photos. Accommodations in both Maasai Mara and Serengeti were both fantastic. I recommend this tour group provider to anyone looking for safaris. Families, couples, friends… they can tailor an adventure for you!
