La Paz

Welcome to La Paz and join in our Bolivia private tours. After meeting, the driver and the tour guide will transfer you to the hotel. It is suggested that you get some rest at the hotel to ease altitude sickness.

Today's La Paz city tour will start with the visits to the National Congress and the church Basilica de San Francisco in the main square.

Mirador Killi Killi

Then, we will arrive at Mirador Killi Killi, which is the best view observation deck in La Paz. We will also take cable car to overlook the city from high above.

Valley of the Moon

Next, head south to visit the Moon Valley to marvel at the peculiar stone formations. We will also take cable car (Teleferico) to overlook the city from high above on our way back to the city.

After that, go for a stroll at the famous Witches' Market and go back to the hotel.

Uyuni

After breakfast, you will be escorted to La Paz Airport and take a flight to Uyuni. Upon landing, the driver and the guide there will pick you up and accompany you to start today's private tours of Bolivia.

Colchani

Firstly, we will drive 20 minutes to Colchani Village, which is the home to the largest salt processing base in Bolivia. Visit the old salt hotel with our guidance.

The next attraction is Salt Museum.

Isla Incahuasi

After that, we will visit the Isla Incahuasi located in the center of world's largest salt flat, Salar de Uyuni. You can see many huge cactus growing there.

Potosi

Today we will drive 4 hours to the hotel in Potisi.

We will walk through the town and visit the most important museum in Potosi named Casa Nacional de Moneda, or the National Mint for short. You will learn about the story of silver mining and watch the machines to mint coins. After the visit, we will send you back to the hotel.

After breakfast, we will drive about 30 minutes to Cerro Rico and cross the different galleries and internal floors of the mine. Here you can see statues with special significance, such as Uncle of the Mine.

Sucre

After sightseeing, we will drive 3 hours to Sucre - the constitutional capital of Bolivia.

Today's first stop is the House of Liberty, where the famous "Acta de la Independencia" was signed.

Then we will sightsee the museum of La Recoleta, San Lázaro church, the courtyard of the Universidad Mayor de San Francisco Xavier and the Convent of San Felipe Nery.

Tarabuco

The last stop is Tarabuco Market about 1 hour and 20 minutes’ drive away. Every Sunday, local people gather together and sell handicrafts, fruits, vegetables and other goods here. This is a nice place to hunt for souvenirs. Note: Tarabuco Market tour is available on every Sunday. At other times, we will visit Cretaceous Park instead, the largest dinosaur footprint site in the world.

La Paz

You will be escorted to Sucre Airport and take a flight to La Paz.

After arriving, our driver and the guide will transfer you to Tiwanaku Ruins from pre-Columbian civilizations. It was once the highest city in the world, where 30,000 to 70,000 people lived during its most prospersous time from 500-900AD. It is located at the plateau area near the south bank of Lake Titicaca.

La Paz

After breakfast, you will be transferred to La Paz Airport based on the time of your homeward flight. We will see you off at the airport, and the private tours of Bolivia end.
