Our tour starts with Hippodrome Square where used to take place for chariot races and the Byzantine riots during Roman & Byzantine period.

Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque

Only a short walk away, reaches Hagia Sophia built in 532 AD by Roman Emperor Justinian I. Update for St. Sophia interior visit : Live guiding is not allowed in St. Sophia after the 15th January 2024. Guests have to have their smart phones and headphones during their visit. If guests do not have a headphone, they can buy at the entrance at the cost of 3,5-USD The system is similar to audio guide system. Guests who does not have smart phones will follow the signs and the given informations on the signs .

TopkapI Palace

We will continue walking to Topkapi Palace, was not only the residence of the Ottoman sultans, but also the administrative and educational center of the state. It was constructed between 1460 and 1478 by Sultan Mehmed II, the conqueror of Constantinople. We will visit the Topkapi Palace including weapons section.

Grand Bazaar

we will visit Grand Bazaar where is one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world, with more than 58 covered streets and over 1,200 shops which attract between 250,000 and 400,000 visitors daily. Istanbul to Cappadocia by flight – Cappadocia Tour - Cave Hotel (Breakfast)

Drive to Cappadocia and First meeting with Cappadocia, visiting Three Sisters Fairy Chimneys in Urgup which are the most popular and seen on advertisements… That’s why people carved some pigeon houses to keep them in certain places. Ozkonak Underground City

Then we descend into the center of the earth in the Ozkonak Underground City in Cappadocia.The city has many strata made up of volcanic granite. Its larger areas are connected to each other by tunnels, and it contains a pipe communication system reaching each of its levels. This feature is unique when compared to the Kaymaklı Underground City and the Derinkuyu Underground City. Each carved room had ventilation provided by further piping when the city was sealed during sieges. After the tour program transfer to your hotel

Hierapolis & Pamukkale

Visit the ancient city of Hierapolis with the Theatre, Apollo Temple and magnificent Necropolis, the graveyard . We wil visit The travertine terraces at Pamukkale are one of the most spectacular natural wonders we ever have seen from various mineral springs in a vast white cliff side. It looks like creations from snow or like balls from cotton, which gave the scenery the Turkish name Pamukkale (cotton castle). Then drive to Kusadasi .

Meryemana (The Virgin Mary's House)

After breakfast drive to The House of Virgin Mary. This house is located on the Aladag Mountains 5 miles from Ephesus. At the third Ecumenical Council of 431 in Ephesus, it was claimed that Mary came to Ephesus with St. John in 37 A.D. and lived there until her death in 48 A.D. After the discovery of the house, the Archbishop of Izmir declared it a place of pilgrimage in 1892. On July 26, 1967, Pope Paul VI visited this place and prayed here.

Orkun was our guide for a 5-day tour across Cappadocia, Pamukkale, and Kusadasi, and he truly made the experience amazing. He was knowledgeable and explained the history in a way that was easy to follow, while also keeping things light with his great sense of humor. He was incredibly friendly with our kids, making sure they enjoyed the trip as much as we did. What we really appreciated was how Orkun went beyond guiding he recommended fantastic local restaurants where we tried authentic Turkish food and gave us tips to make the most of each stop. The trip was well-paced, never rushed, and always fun. A big thank you also to our driver, who was excellent and kept us safe and comfortable throughout the five days. With Orkun leading the way, our journey through Turkey became a memory we’ll always treasure. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re planning a tour!

I just returned from an unforgettable trip to Turkey, and I can’t stop smiling about the experience. Every day was packed with beauty, adventure, and moments I’ll be talking about for years. A huge part of what made this trip so special was our incredible guide, Orkun. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and excited about everything I was seeing and doing. Amazing trip for couples, tour was well planned with helpful and friendly tour guides and drivers . Curios travel boss Fevzi was also helpful and readily contactable during the trip Drivers : Hasan , Tatum Kudos to the drivers during the trip , despite the long drives , I did not have any motion sickness even though I am usually prone to one and was very comfortable during the trip Tour guides : Istanbul - Imran Rest of the trip - Gurkan Both tour guides were very professional and gave interesting insights behind the rich culture and history in Turkey . They were always ready to render us help and make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of during the trip. We had unique experiences such as getting to try various local cuisines, trying to make pottery plates in Cappadocia to even trying shisa in Istanbul. Special thanks to tour operator boss Fevzi who was quick to render us help when my husband fell ill during the trip and had to visit the hospital , Fevzi ensured we had a translator with us while in the hospital . Our tour guide Gurkan and driver Tatum/Hasan took great care of us as well and paced our trip based on my husband’s recovery progress. Planning and execution of the trip was also seamless . We had greeters at Istanbul as well as local airports when we were doing transfers locally . Overall an amazing and unforgettable trip . Would 10/10 recommend to take this tour

We were three friends ,ladies traveling first time to Turkey . We travelled from different countries and arrived and departed at different times and airports . They customised all our requests and gave us a full 10 day drip at leisure. The cars, drivers and guides they gave were very good, friendly and helpful. The accommodations they gave too were above my expectations. On the last day May 1st there were unexpected shut down at isthambul and my friend had her car, booked by the company cancelled. She travelled with another customer in a car arranged by the hotel. However Mr Favzi came to airport and paid the driver himself. We appreciate the nice tour arranged by them and for having made our trip a wonderful journey

I consider my holiday in Turkey with my family and friends as the best holiday I have done in my life. Our tour guide Sinan who was the most understanding and knowledgeable person I have ever met immersed us to the history and culture of Turkey. He also introduced us to the different food stuff that we could tuck in. From the very lively Istanbul, breath taking hot air balloon in Cappadocia, awesome Pamukkale to the vibrant Kusadasi. We really had a fabulous time. Sinan together with the driver he was with are highly recommended for being so professional and extremely caring people. Please if you want to go for a holiday get them as your companion. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the best tour guide that travelled with us around Turkey from beginning to end. Curio travel was very accommodating with us from planning of our holiday up to the last day . The service was excellent and we all enjoyed our trip. Our guide Sinann was very good, patient and very informative. Our driver Weesi was also great and very helpful, always prompt and never let us down. All in all a trip to remember .

we are a group of 10 individuals, family and friends went on to this very special holiday. I usually doesn’t give a 5 star review as i always believe that there is always room for improvement. But this one is exceptional as Sinan (our tour guide from CURIO travel) made our holiday a special one. From start to finish, his patience and of course the way he treat us all. A bucket list tour of a lifetime! Curio Travel has been very accommodating from the time of enquiry to booking, to the time of our trip up until the end, on our way back to the UK. The tour was amazing! Tailored according to the places we want to visit and to maximise our trip toTurkey. Hotels are very good! 3-5 star hotels with good buffet breakfast and dinner. To top it all, we have the BEST TOUR GUIDE ever. Sinan made every single place special, adjusting to our likes and preferences. He made it more personal, treating us like friends and always very patient, warm and helpful. He even surprised us with a birthday cake in one of the places we visited which was a thoughtful gesture. Well organised tour, top class accommodation and buffet and a superb tour guide. Hence, our tour was amazingly good and memorable one. All made it possible because of Curio Travel and Sinan. Wow, what an incredible time tour of Turkey. Mr Fevzi and his team were incredible, from the moment I arrived at the airport until I left every detail was taken care of. The company had people greet me at the airport with a smile, every tour guide met me with a smile, every minute of all the tours were organized, the hotels were all perfect and higher end. No detail was left out. Not only did I leave with a wealth of information and knowledge of the country I left with a few new friends. What a great company and great adventure.
