  I had an exceptional experience with my driver during my time in Sri Lanka. From the moment he picked us up, he was warm, reliable and extremely professional.   We found Sameera through Reddit and he was amazing from A-Z a true hidden gem. He helped us with our 19 day trip throughout Sri Lanka. As we are Sri Lankan ourselves based in New York we were actually able to show him one part of Sri Lanka while he showed us the other , making it amazing for both of us. We had a nice big van for us 4 and he was always nice throughout the trip , with his English being great. He always made sure we were well fed and happy and was on time whenever we needed him. Do not hesitate to book with him over any one else to make sure you have a great journey in Sri Lanka !

  We found Mimi through a Reddit recommendation (of all places!) and decided to book him for our two big journeys that were tricky to do independently. We’re so glad we did… he was absolutely amazing!! From the start, Mimi was incredibly responsive on WhatsApp, which made planning everything so easy and stress-free. He’s warm, friendly, and genuinely cares about making your trip enjoyable. He customised each day to our requests, was super flexible with timing, and always had great suggestions along the way. We met many kind drivers in Sri Lanka, but Mimi stood out. He went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and memorable. Honestly, for ease and peace of mind, I’d recommend just booking him for your whole trip! Can’t recommend him enough—thank you, Mimi!

  We just spent rich 12 days of Sri Lanka wonders with our great guide Sameera. Traveling all around Lanka required local guide with comfortable a/c car to be able to see all those special places and make most of it. Our itinerary started in Colombo thru Hikkaduwa, Galle, Unawatuna, Mirissa, Yalla park, Sigirya, Dambula, Pinawala and back to Colombo. All those sites we visited, all those wonders we saw, is thanks to Sam. We felt very safe during our travel and visits. We even felt safe during car transfer as driving was very proffesional. There were so much information we get and still some places we were not able to see as we would need another 15 days at least.   We made a 9-day trip in October to Sri Lanka and we were looking for a driver- who could help us with the tips and also that we make most of our trip. We had a route Colombo- Galle- Tangalle- Mirissa- Ella (amazing bridge and train ride)- Nuwara Eliya (tea factories) and back to Colombo with a car. Samera from Sanali tours helped us so much! Without him it would not be possible to see so many things in a short time and also the trip wouldn't be that pleasant and safe. He even drove my friend to the hospital at 10pm! and was always there for us in need. Not to mention taking photos of us and giving us local tips that you should not miss on! All in all, would 100% recommend and if we come again to Sri Lanka, we will contact him again! :)

  If you are looking for a reliable driver for your journey, look no more and book a tour with Sameera: Words cannot describe how great our tour with Sameera has been. He is literally the most helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable person I‘ve met on my journeys so far. Before our tour I‘ve discussed the itinerary with him. He was always available for messaging/phone calls, showed patience with my questions and provided all the necessary informations. He waited for us at the airport, provided us with sim cards and showed us a nice dinner place before driving to Galle. The most impressive thing was Sameeras flexibility with our schedule, as we made some little changes. Unlike other drivers he was always available, even late at night. He drove me to the hospital at 10 PM because of my injury, which I‘m very thankful for. His driving skills were amazing, we always felt safe in his comfortable car. We faced a battery problem on the highway to Tissa, which caused the car to stop. Despite the problems Sameera immediately organized a driver for us, so that we arrive in Tissa on time. He also arranged money exchanges for a great price. As Nuwara Eliya is his home city we‘ve enjoyed some local gems which other tourists don‘t get to see. Especially the tea plantation tours were great, which we couldn‘t do in this itinerary without him. Last but not least, we felt perfectly safe with him through the entire trip. I‘m pretty sure this trip wouldn‘t be that good without him. Thank you once again for the great time with you!
