Your journey begins as you land in Djanet, the gateway to Algeria’s Sahara. You’ll be greeted by our friendly Oryx Voyage team and transferred by 4x4 vehicle to your hotel. The evening is free to relax and adjust to the rhythm of the desert.

After breakfast, your adventure starts around 9 a.m. You’ll set out to explore Tieska and Oued Bouhadiane, two breathtaking valleys decorated with prehistoric rock paintings that tell stories of life thousands of years ago. Afterward, return to Djanet for a refreshing shower and short rest before setting off north toward the Timghas region, a new chapter in your desert odyssey.
