I went into this experience thinking I was most interested in simply seeing the 9/11 Museum, but by the end of the day it was Jason’s storytelling that truly made the experience meaningful. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and thoughtful in the way he guides you through the former World Trade Center site, the memorial, and the rebuild. He seamlessly weaves together history, symbolism, personal stories, and lived experiences in a way that is both enlightening and deeply human. His descriptions brought the site to life and added layers of understanding that I would not have gained on my own. What really stood out was how intentional he was about connecting with people in the group. As we moved from place to place, he shared additional New York insights and tips, making the transitions engaging rather than transactional. His storytelling was respectful, engaging, and emotionally grounded—never sensationalized, but never distant. By the end of the tour, I realized that while the museum itself didn’t fully meet my expectations, Jason’s stories, perspective, and care absolutely did. This tour was entertaining, informative, and genuinely moving, and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a deeper, more meaningful understanding of 9/11 and its lasting impact.

Meghan told a great story that really brought the memorial to life. Her connection from past to present was well done. I am glad we had someone tell that story as we took it all in.

Wow, the tour was simply excellent. Although it was quite cold that day - time flew so fast so we didn't feel the cold. I took the tour with my father, who recently turned 88(!), and our guide, Sean, was so kind and sensitive - and offered to have the first "speech" near a bench - so my father could sit down - and the entire group was standing in a circle next to him. Sean was so much into-it, and you could see how talented he is in story-telling. And, of course, his story was so interesting - as he was telling also his own story on that day. And not to mention all the other stories - of all the other heroic people (and all the other heros, whose stories' would never be told). Great experience - highly recommended (Look for Sean!).

This tour gave us so many more information than if we had done a self-guided tour. Sergio was our guide and his heartfelt passion to share the 9/11 story was evident. Even after telling the stories many times you can tell he was still touched by them himself. My favorite thing was the memorial American Express built for their 11 employees who perished that day. We would have never found that on our own.

Our guide, Helene, was very knowledgeable about Ground Zero! My son and I learned a lot about this tragic event and about the memorial that was created to commemorate 9/11. Well worth our time and money!

James an amazing ambassador for the ground zero tour. Hearing from someone who was there that day was impactful. He was very personable and shared insight into the day from others. The site itself is a beautiful monument to those who perished that day.
