Good information that adds to the experience and story. Worth the money overall. Makes sure that you see all major points of interest in the area that you would most likely miss without a guide.

Alice was an excellent tour guide! She answered everyone’s questions about the memorial and had so much knowledge about the tragic events of that day. She also gave great advice about other interesting things to see in NYC and good places to eat. Highly recommend this tour!

I really thought I knew almost all there was to know about 9/11, but as many other reviewers have noted, I was wrong. Our amazing tour guide Meghan weaved us through the history of the world trade center complex from inception to completion with a lot of fun facts thrown in as well. she walked us through the tragedy, the heroes that emerged that day and beyond, and the rebuilding and plans for the entire area. I bought the tour that included admission to the 9/11 museum as well and I could not have asked for a better experience all around. HIGHLY recommend!
