Arun was a fabulous guide, striking the right balance between the facts of 9/11 and the emotion, with stories of bravery from everyday people called upon to do extraordinary things. As someone who was a spectator to the tragedy, it was very affecting to hear from a born and bred New Yorker about the impact of the event on himself and the community around him. Had a pass to the museum and the One observatory as well which capped off a great day.

The tour was incredible. The tour guide, who was Arun, was very knowledgeable and provided an in-depth history of the 9/11 Memorial and 9/11. I learned information about 9/11 that I would not have known if I hadn't taken the guided tour with Arun. The personal stories hit home, and I most definitely recommend this tour for all who visit NYC.

Although everyone is familiar with the story of this tragedy, during the tour you are thrown back in time by Sean. His way of explaining what happened that day made me emotional. The facts, the stories behing each person, truly respectfully mesmerizing. Definitely recommend this tour, make sure you visit the museum as well

Jake bought to life the harrowing events of 9/11. The information we gleaned was absolutely fascinating. He told us all sorts of details we would never have known without taking his tour. I awoke this morning still thinking of the snippets he told us. I highly recommend Jake as a tour guide.

Jorge was a brilliant tour guide sharing his own experience of that tragic day. We learnt about how the area was rebuilt to honour the victims and survivors and the 9/11 museum is well worth a visit.

Sean was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable about the facts and figures of the 9/11 story but he centred the tour around the individual stories of the people affected. We (my husband, myself and sixteen year old daughter) found the tour very moving. We would highly recommend the it. Don't hesitate, it was an excellent way of understanding the events of that day and also the significance of the many details of the memorial.

Knowledgeable, thoughtful and engaging tour guide lead us through ground zero. Tour and museum were, as expected, both heart-breaking and educational.
