I have visited the memorial and museum before but Sean brought the awful events of that day to life. He was knowledgeable and introduced us to some of the heroes of that sad day in history. He has a great voice for a tour guide, he is clear and well spoken. We asked several questions and he was able to answer them. I would recommend this tour to anyone in the area it brings to life what happened almost 25 years ago on a day that changed history.

Very informative tour by our guide Tim Dowd. We learnt a lot about 9/11 both the history and the future of the World Trade Centre. An unmissable tour teaching us everything we needed to know. Without said tour it would be difficult to understand the full magnitude of the situation as well as all the landmarks and memorials still standing to this day. Thank you Tim.

The information from start to finish was incredible. If you are looking to book into to do the Ground Zero All access tour these are the company you need to go with. Amazing. The ease of getting to ware you need to meet up was super easy. Our tour guy Jake was very knowledgeable and so incredibly easy to talk too. He was super engaging with my husband, my daughter and me too. We were very much looking forward to this tour and Jake did not disappoint. Length of the private tour was 2 hours, then you could move through the museum at your own pace. The observation deck was something we had never seen before. 102 levels up and the view was amazing.

A fantastic and moving experience. Jason T was our tour guide who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very funny. He was very passionate about the tragic event which really moved us. He dealt with some unwanted attention from locals very professionally and we felt we were in good hands. We were very much looking forward to learning about 9/11 in more detail and we really felt as though Jason was the perfect balance of chatty, personable and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend- but only if you book with Jason!!
