This was exceptionally. From start to finish. Pick up on time, smooth sailing going through the borders in both directions and extremely courteous. The flight was very informative with the pilot pointing out points of interest as well as spotting wildlife. I would definitely use this company again.
Do not trust this company. Avoid booking with them

This was the worst experience. The company is a travel agent that tries to undercut GetYourGuide, Viator, and likely others. When I booked a tour, they did offer a pickup; however, the agent suggested his own 'private pickup' as a tactic to pocket extra money. Mr. Daka lacks integrity and does not follow through on his promises. He overcharged $50 for the pickup, while all other companies included it with the tour. The activity providers were fine, but this agent is solely focused on his own profit and is unethical. Avoid booking through him. Make sure to use your hotel concierge to avoid these issues.

My experience was great. Transportation was included. Upon arrival, everything was explained thoroughly. We were even given jackets because the morning was a little cool. The tide was smooth and everything went well. Thank you !!

Very good expirience. Highly recomended. The view of the falls was amazing and we saw some animals. The guy was really friendly and helpful. He make everything to help us in order to follow our tight schedule.

It was was amazing and I really appreciate Bushwilderness safaris, I booked with them really helped my booking secured. I recommend everyone to go with bushwilderness safaris for your activities in Livingstone. The tour was firstly scary being the first time, but the pilot was so nice, I saw the rhinos on a the upper view, and seeing Victoria falls oh my God it supper experience with me. Looking forward to bring my family over
