  Really enjoyed the whole evening but not convinced worth £80 each. Our courier Kieran was fantastic, he collected us from the hotel and took us to the show and after the show onto the cruise and home again in taxi's. The A O show was really good but only lasted just an hour and we were seated on the top balony level but this might be because we booked last minute. The cruise was full when we arrived and most guests were already eating. It was a lovely wooden cruise boat and had great table seats by a window. They had 2 live musicians and 2 young lady dancers playing vietmanese tunes on unusual instruments which was great. Only downside for us was 70% of offering had fish in it which we don't eat and most of the food on buffet was luke warm which was dissapointing. The rice and beef/ carrott stew was really nice though aswell as cold desserts. Kieran was very friendly and had excellent english and ensured we had a lovely night.

  Highly recommend the show. However, the seat was terrible, tucked in a corner, beside a column. I had to crane my neck for the entirety of the show in order to see parts of the action. There were empty seats through the theatre, with three beside me, yet ushers wouldn't let me move. The food on the cruise was fine but appetizers, main and fruit were all delivered at once. My guide, Dwan was fantastic though. Very personable.

  Had the best time with the best tourguide, Kieran, this evening. He had a lot of interesting information and really easy-going! Everything went smooth. The Ao-show was really really great and made so much sense The boat -tour was really cosy with great food and entertaintment. Will recommend

  The show was excellent and our host was great. The dinner cruise was disappointing... unfortunately because we were a last minute, day before, booking we were put on the shark boat. The karaoke 🎤 was a struggle to listen to the entire ride and the food was disappointing... not to mention we had an extra cost in the boat which I wish we skipped. So if you are looking to book this i suggest you verify it it is the buffet boat (the better option) vs the shark boat.. I wish we just did the show unfortunately.

• Bamboo Circus and City Lights Evening

  My evening tour in Saigon started with an outstanding Vietnamese bamboo circus show at the Opera House. The performance was incredibly creative and energetic—definitely a unique experience that you won’t find anywhere else in the world. After the show, my guide, Kieran, and I hopped on a scooter to the main port in District 4. From there, I checked out the dinner buffet onboard, which had plenty of variety to try local and familiar dishes. The atmosphere was casual and the food experience was fine—not a standout, but pleasant. (The cost of your drinks is not included in the tour price) What I appreciated most was sitting on the top deck after dinner, chatting with my guide as we took in the cityscape. Kieran is knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely funny. Our conversations about Vietnamese culture and diversity gave me real insight and made the evening enjoyable. The highlight for me was the circus show. If you’re interested in genuine local performance and personal cultural insights, this tour is a good choice.

  Amazing! Must Do! A O bamboo Circus was one of the best we have seen while in Vietnam! Dinner cruise was amazing food, great service and good sights. Tour guide Dwan was the best so far! 10 out of 10 for Dwan!! Highly recommend Dwan so much knowledge and passion for this amazing city
