5.00Walking tour is a great way to see the main places in Aarhus and have time to also enjoy some time on your own to have lunch and walk around I wanted to learn about the town in a relaxed way and the walking tour was the perfect option.

1.00The guide was an immigrant who had lived only 9 months in Aarhus. Heavily accented, the two native English speakers had problems understanding his English. Since I've worked with a lot of people from the Indian subcontinent, I'm used to it and understood well enough. Anyway, unerrstanding wasn't really needed as very little information was shared. It's no exaggeration to say that 15 minutes googling would provide more information than was given during the entire tour. While the guide was nice and helpful, the lack of knowledge was evident. During my 30 years of travel and going on many guided walking tours, this is singularly the one that provided the least value.

2.00From the start, it was clear that his "non Danish" accent may be an issue... While the tour was not rushed, it was not very informative. The guide was referring to his phone for information, and was not able to provide much historical, cultural information, let alone engage in conversation. We did get to the 5x sites he mentioned at the start and he did suggest we also visit the Salling Roof Gardens ( which was well worth it). My question is what body "Approves " these guides?
SCAM - visit canceled due to no guide and no refund.

This French tour at 112 euros for 2 people was canceled by the provider because there was no guide for the reserved date, but they are not refunding me because they need to see what they can do with the French-speaking guide for another date! The next day, they offered me a new tour for the same day (3 hours later), but I have to pay 112 euros again. SCAM. I was a satisfied customer with Get Your Guide; I will return to them.

3.00The lady arrived a little later than 10:00. We thought that was unusual. I expected the guide to be there beforehand. The lady had only been in Aarhus for 6 months and read virtually all the information from her cell phone. Like an audio guide, except that I got the information in German. Questions she could not really answer or quickly distracted on another topic. No, we would have coped with that alone u with the city map issued at the port.

5.00Giulia was an awesome guide! Everyone in our group totally enjoyed our excursion with her. Giulia was very knowledgeable about the city and its history, and her enthusiasm for sharing Aarhus with visitors was infectious. I would highly recommend her as a tour guide to other friends. She was amazing!

5.00We only had one day in Arhus as we were traveling by ship. Julia gave us a great tour of the city against and us interesting and useful information about the main sights. Even small Insider information was available for us for the rest of the day. All in all an excellent tour that you can recommend 100%.

5.00This was a great tour because it was small (only our group of 3, plus 1 other couple). It was a little confusing in the beginning because we were to meet in front of a theatre in a large square and the guide did not show up until the appointed time. So it was hard to know if we were in the right location to start with. However, Julia did a fantastic job of showing us many local sites, giving the history of the quaint city, pointing out things we never would have noticed on our own. She was quite knowledgeable and was able to adapt the tour to our interests and questions. She also kept to the schedule as we all had to be back on the cruise ship at a much earlier time than usual. She ended the tour at a location where the ship was easily accessible.
