It was good, Only the traffic jams make the transfers long. The guide and driver were very friendly. Addis Ababa well summarized

I had the most wonderful and authentic tour with this tour operator. I had to ask them at the last minute to adjust the start time of my tour and they did so without any fuss or hesitation at all. Mulugeta is a kind person. And Alex, the guide is nothing short of a professor. He has all the facts, dates and numbers like an encyclopedia. I told him he should be a professor. Alex is so patient and kind. Thank you so very much, Alex and Mulugeta for showing me the authentic Addis. I will be back-this time with my family. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Addis.

Great experience visiting Addis Ababa with Alex. Mercato was our favourite place, experiencing sights, sounds and smells. Although seeing Lucy and learning about the history of the Rift Valley was a close 2nd

Alex and Adis were fantastic. I was in Addis with my huband for a travel conference, the MTP Ethiopia Summit, and we wanted a quick Addis overview. They picked us up at the Sheraton and were very patient after we discovered my husband had left his phone at the hotel and we had to go back. By taking a private tour, we were able to go just where we wanted. My husband is a coffee roaster and wanted to go to a very difficult to find specialty coffee shop, Wild Coffee, and Adis, a great driver, got us there. The four of us were able to sample coffees and have pastries. Alex is a very experienced guide and Adis is a good driver in a city where the traffic can seem a bit chaotic. We also wanted to go the National Museum and Alex was good at the history of Lucy. Highly recommend taking this private tour.

Our guide Alex was very knowledgeable and took us all around the city, even kindly offering to extend the tour and take us anywhere else we might be interested in. He was able to explain about the locations we visited and answer all of our questions. Highly recommended, thank you!

I had a 12 hour layover at Addis. Alex and Mulugeta were very responsive and arranged for an airport pickup and dropoff with Adis. Had a great breakfast and coffee to kick things off. Highlight of the trip for me was the National Museum with the fossil and history of past civilizations. Alex is a great guide and was very informative. Weather in Addis was perfect too. While Bole airport is great and rapidly modernizing, the free wifi service did not work. Heads up for something to plan for if you have no cell service in Addis.

I took this tour with Alex and Adis (driver) as a solo traveller and I had a great day. I felt completely comfortable with Alex and Adis. Alex is a fountain of knowledge and is really engaging and entertaining. I highly recommend this tour - it is an excellent way of seeing the city alongside someone who is clearly passionate about Ethiopia history.
