This experience was a real delight. There were only 3 of us in the group, which was fantastic. Katina really brought the markets alive for us. We loved the stories and Katina's local knowledge. This really made the tour special for us. I thoroughly recommend this tour. It's so much better than just wandering through the markets without a guide.

Came as part of a school group. The tour was amazing — Jane was very knowledgeable and accommodating. As someone visiting the market for the first time, it was a really great experience.

We had a wonderful tour with Jane, who was full of insightful knowledge about the Central Market. She provided us with a lot of yummy samples, cared for the group and provided a generally wonderful experience. Prior, she ensured we were able to taste all the samples despite having a nut allergy, going above and beyond. As a school group this was extremely beneficial and we will definitely recommend for future tours to go with Flamboyance.

This small group tour was organised through Flamboyant tours Adelaide. It was focused for French tourists and lasted one hour. I enjoyed it thoroughly, particularly getting to know the history of it (apparently it's ranked the 3rd best market in the world!) Sampling various products also made it memorable. 5 stars to our guide who spoke fluent French and English to everyone's delight. Not to be missed !

Really enjoyed the tour. Katina has great knowledge of and enthusiasm for the markets. Nice samples - especially the honey and the empanada. Went back and bought more of both.

Katina was knowledgeable about a lot of the history of the stalls at the market. She was bubbly and friendly and has personal connections with stall holders which made the experience so great!

Not as informative as hoped, very little on the history, or stallholders history / stories. Didn’t go for a full hour. Just a means to visit a few stores in the hope for ongoing sales.

We had an fun tour of the market with some amazing samples while we explored the market. Jane showed us the market, shared some history and provided vouchers/samples as we toured. It was overwhelming based on the number of vendors. Amazing flavors & sensory experiences. We'll worth the visit.

I was travelling solo in Adelaide and had a very planned itinerary. I was informed that I was the only attendee on the Friday, 5 February tour. Katina was very accommodating in conducting one-on-one tour. Katina was very knowledgeable in history of the market, with personal connection. Food allegedly and intolerances are well acknowledge and easily accommodated, if needed. Thank you so much and best wishes for the future, Katina.
