‘Adelaide Highlights with Wine Tasting and Coast’ is a full day tour featuring some of Adelaide's finest experiences. With several pick-up points around Adelaide CBD this small group day tour offers a wonderful balance of sightseeing and wine tasting and packs a punch as far as must do highlights when visiting Adelaide.
City Tour, Mount Lofty Lookout, 2 hours to explore Township of Hahndorf, then off to McLaren Vale to enjoy wine tasting and more sightseeing. Wine tasting at the beautiful Chapel Hill wines and the stunning Haselgrove Wines, photo opportunities and a scenic drive along the coastline with a 15 min stop in seaside suburb of Glenelg. You can choose to stay in Glenelg and watch the sunset, and catch the tram back to Adelaide at your convenience, or jump back on board and head back to Adelaide for drop off.

5.00Well organised, on time, comfortable clean vehicle driven smoothly. Our driver provided an entertaining and interesting commentary continuously for the whole day. Stops were well planned, none felt rushed and allowed enough time especially in Hahndorf where there are so many good places to choose from. The wine tastings were well presented, with the right amount of wine, and good explanation about the history of each winery and making of each wine. And a great group of fellow travellers always makes a trip more fun.

5.00Initially, we thought this tour would simply take us to a few wineries to taste wine and get to know the group. It turned out to be so much better than we expected. There were only seven of us, which made the experience personal and relaxed. Our driver showed us the highlights around Adelaide, and we learned so much interesting information along the way. We visited Mount Lofty for beautiful views over the city, spotted a koala resting in a tree, and spent a couple of hours exploring the charming shops in the German village. We drove through the countryside, passed countless vineyards, and stopped at two wineries for tastings. We also explored coastal areas by the bay, which were absolutely fantastic. We truly enjoyed this tour and felt we received far more than we expected.

5.00Great guiding and wine touring to two typical wineries of the McClaren vale. Haselgrove and Chalel Hill. Wine presentations and explanations were very well done. I really enjoyed my half day tour. Highly recommended.

5.00The morning consisted of a history of Adelaide & the CBD. Our guide Bruce was just the right amount of facts and jokes. Driving up to Mount Lofty Summit we were able to see a couple of koalas in trees. Then on to the town of Hahndorf for a German lunch and some shopping. The next phase included tastings at 2 wineries. Then onto Glenelg to the beach and to see the restaurants. If you’re not too tired stay and have dinner there. We ended up taking the tram from Adelaide the next night to Glenelg to see the sunset. I would recommend this tour for a great overview of the area.

5.00Great tour. Our driver / guide Bruce was exceptionally knowledgeable and funny with it which made the day. Loved seeing the koalas and kangaroos, was impressed with Hahndorf, spent a pretty penny 😂 and loved the two wine tasting stops. Obviously the group that you are with helps and ours were a great laugh. Would highly recommend
