  Dear Management I purchased a Crocodile Farm Tour ticket through Traveloka. The combo I bought included a tour guide. Since one ticket already had a guide, I did not add a tour guide for my wife and children. On the day of our visit, the promoter at the ticket counter, Ms. Suriyati, informed me that because only one ticket included a tour guide, my other family members could not join the tour. She insisted that I pay an additional RM50 to get a tour guide for my family. I explained that since my ticket already came with a tour guide, and I was now paying for another, there should logically be two guides with us. She said that was not possible. When I asked what would happen to the guide already included in my original ticket, she had no clear answer. As the discussion got heated, she rudely suggested that I should tour alone with my guide while my family would be separated. I find this extremely unprofessional. Is this how a promoter should speak to a customer? She displayed very low emotional intelligence and lacked basic politeness, which any front desk staff should have. I felt betrayed and cornered into paying the extra RM50. In the end, we only received one tour guide, and there was no refund for the unused guide from my original ticket. I would also like to note that our tour guide, Mr. Aniq, was very professional and even apologised to us on her behalf. You may enquiry him on this matter . I request that this matter be looked into and that proper service standards be enforced with your staff. P.S: to my dear foreigners friends please be aware on this kind of situation they will scam you..

• Perfect Family Experience at Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi 🐊

  We visited Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi with our 5- and 7-year-old kids and had such a great experience! We chose the Croco package, and it was definitely worth the money. The kids absolutely loved feeding the crocodiles using a fishing rod—it was such a unique and fun activity. The food provided (pellets and small fish) made it easy and exciting for them. We arrived early in the morning to catch the shows, and every show was entertaining and worth watching. The beverages inside were also very reasonably priced, which was a nice surprise. All the staff were incredibly kind and warm, making the experience even more enjoyable. The highlight for us was taking photos with the baby crocodiles—the kids loved it! Even better, they provided both printed and digital photos with no extra cost when you purchase the package. The whole experience takes about 2–3 hours, so I highly recommend going right when it opens. It’s less crowded, more relaxed, and perfect for families. Overall, it’s a must-visit place, especially if you’re traveling with kids! + good photo zones

  I bought a ticket that included a personal tour, crocodile feeding and lunch. Everything was very nice. Special thanks to my tour guide Hasanah! She's very sweet, cheerful, fun, told me in easy language all the stories about the animals living in this place, their diets, where they come from and everything.
