What To Expect
Once you book, please provide your flight number and hotel name. I will track your flight in real-time to ensure I am there exactly when you land, regardless of any delays. After clearing customs and collecting your bags, look for me at the arrival hall exit. I will be holding a sign with your name. I will also message you via WhatsApp or the app as soon as you land. We will walk to my car parked nearby. I will help you with your luggage and ensure you are comfortably seated before we start our 60-90 minute drive to Ulaanbaatar. I will deliver you directly to your hotel lobby or Airbnb entrance. I will help you unload your luggage and make sure you are at the correct location before we part ways.
