Lovely cruise on the Thames. Food was good, maybe not super authentic tea but tasty, lots of variety and large amount of food. Lovely staff and great service. Enjoyed the leisurely cruise and viewing London from a different perspective. Highly recommend to tourists, it was relaxing and perfect afternoon treat after a long day of sightseeing.

Nice proper cups and saucers, staff are fantastic and friendly. Guide was funny and he joked quite a bit. Scone was fresh and warm, yummy.

It was a nice classic afternoon tea. All the food was good, the staff was friendly and the captain giving information about the area but leaving you without comment so you can have conversation with your group was a great mix

Food was very tasty and plentiful. However, our experience with service cast a shadow over the event. We were one of the first to be seated, but among the last to receive our tea, and the very last table to receive our food. A waiter dropped one of the plates with food so he and our waitress spent almost 15 minutes hovering over and cleaning the damage from the deck. Only after they had cleaned up the mess, did our waitress finally deliver our food. It just left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended.
