5.00I highly recommend this trip. The pickup was on time (confirmed the evening before). Organisation throughout the morning was perfect, with all the staff professional and so polite. They made it so much fun, so you wouldn't be disappointed if you chose this trip.

4.00Quite awesome, lucky for us the weather was good. One thing was an unpleasant surprise was landing. My husband n myself were not prepared for a side ways landing and were told to hold on n squat. Unfortunately that was a rough landing. Luckily we were not hurt

5.00My biggest concern was safety and professionalism. These guys did both to a high level. You could tell or pilot was experienced and concerned for not only our balloon, but he was sending instructions to other nearby balloons and back to the ground. Top notch organization top to bottom.
