Join us on board for a moment beyond the beautiful landscapes of the Atlas and the Marrakech desert , and benefit from the classic flight formula, which contains , round trip transportation , Berber breakfast in a kasbah from southern Morocco, balloon flight in front of the Atlas and the ochre city of Marrakech, and flight certificate to fill it all.
The duration of the flight will be one hour.

1.00I am extremely disappointed with my experience and the total lack of professional accountability from this company. I booked a flight specifically for 6:00 a.m. to see the sunrise—this timing was the entire reason for my booking. However, the trip did not actually start until 9:00 a.m., completely missing the sunrise. When I realized the time had been changed, I tried to reschedule or change the date so I could get the experience I actually paid for, but the "organizing party" refused to allow any changes. To make matters worse: No Communication: I have tried reaching out multiple times to resolve this, but they do not respond to messages. No Customer Service: There is no functional support team to answer questions or address issues. Refusal to Refund: Despite them failing to provide the specific sunrise service advertised, they are hiding behind a "no refund" policy. Buying a ticket for a sunrise flight that takes off at 9:00 a.m. is a bait-and-switch. The sunrise tickets are more expensive than 9 o'clock one. I booked sunrise one but only got 9 o'clock one. This company is happy to take money but offers zero support and does not deliver on its promises. Save your money and book with a company that actually respects its schedule and its customers.

1.00the company canceled the activity due to weather. We were forced to call them to change the date as it happened. They informed us that they would call us the day before at seven in the afternoon to give us the information about the departure time They never contacted us and I sent them a message asking for answers. Initially they replied that they were looking into it immediately but from then on they disappeared. They did not inform us whether it was cancelled or if it would take place, they simply disappeared.

1.00Unfortunately the trip was cancelled due to wet and windy weather, we are awaiting a refund. We hope if we return to Marrakech that we can enjoy a balloon ride in better weather conditions.

1.00Communication very unclear spent ages and many messages trying to find out meet up point. Messaged after 9pm last night to say tour may be cancelled. Got up at 5am as not sure if would be cancelled or not. Partner waited at pick up and finally through Viator heard it was cancelled. Understand if weather is too windy tour would be cancelled but don't understand why communication so poor. I am awaiting confirmation of full refund.

5.00This trip was spectacular! It was so professional and well-run and I was instantly relieved of any anxiety I had. The ground crew and the pilot were exceptional. The rise was so smooth and peaceful and the views were amazing. An exceptional way to see Morocco!
