  The most amazing thing I have ever done! I was so so so nervous but all the instructors were so friendly and chilled it really made me feel in safe hands. I jumped with Amy she was so professional but also hyped me up for it and made sure I felt comfortable with “being the banana” I felt so safe and she really helped encouraging me to steady my nerves on the flight up. It was the most amazing experience ever, worth every single penny!!! Do it

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Airlie Beach Tandem Skydive. I had booked to do my skydive this morning at 9.30am two weeks ago through viator. However, yesterday afternoon, the company text me and my booking was changed to 11.15am instead due to the weather. I had no issues with this as I'd left my entire day free for this experience. Later that day, I was speaking to another person due to do the skydive this morning whose booking had been changed from around the time of my new booking (11.15am) to early this morning at 6.30am. His skydive went ahead, as well as the one at 9.30 which I was originally booked on. The company continued to text me throughout the morning changing the times until they settled on 12.45pm. I was in the office waiting to be collected when I got a text 6 minutes after I should have been collected saying that it had been fully cancelled and that they would contact me to reschedule. I spoke to whoever was at the desk and informed them that unless it was an early morning flight the next day it wouldn't suit as I am flying back to Melbourne tomorrow afternoon which I was told was unlikely. I waited 2 hours to be called to reschedule until I text them. They then called and said that because I said I was flying home tomorrow they decided not to bother contacting me and that I would need to go through viator to get a refund. When I contacted viator, it turned out that they hadn't been informed of any of this and had to contact the company themselves to find out what happened. While I understand that the weather is unpredictable and these things happen, I can't understand why I was originally changed to a later time when other people were moved to earlier ones and why the one I should have been on went ahead, they very clearly changed someone who should have been later to take my spot on this flight. Overall, I'm very unimpressed with the handling of the whole situation by Airlie Beach Tandem Skydive as I've now wasted a full day where I could have done something else waiting around on them.

  The adrenaline that flowed and you felt like a bird. My Tandem partner was Daniel meaning courage and he was confident and had done over one thousand jumps. This was an experience of firsts.

  Best experience of my life so far. Was super well looked after by everyone and my instructor was great! You cannot not do this!
