The driver arrives at the pickup location 10-15 minutes early, holding a sign with the client’s name and Eventour logo for easy identification. They warmly greet the client, assist with luggage, and ensure comfort before departure. Adhering to safety regulations, the driver drives responsibly while staying in touch with Eventour’s operations team to provide real-time updates. Detailed step by step that we follow: 1. Operation checks: reiterating the pickup time, location and other requests. 2. A professional, English (elementary)-speaking driver is assigned to the trip, fully briefed on the itinerary (Pick up, Drop off info) and client’s special requests. 3.
