We allocate a superior driver with long term experience.
The driver will understand English well and has deep knowledge of local traffic condition.
The vehicle we allocate is Minivan Type only that accommodate big luggage.
Unfortunately, to get a Free Minivan Type is not easy here in Japan. In worse case, you have to wait for the minivan more than 2 hours in busy time.
If you are more than 3 guests group, booking vehicle in advance is indispensable here.

What To Expect
When you make a reservation: There are many options, depending on destination, meeting time, maximum accommodation. Operation Time: 8:00am.-6:00pm. every 1 hour each Maximum Accommodation: 1-4 guests; 4 guests+6 suitcases / 5-8 guests; 8 guests+10suitcases *Please make sure of selecting the most appropriate one. *Please don't miss to write address or hotel's name of your destination. When you get on the vehicle: Driver will come to pick you up at the meeting location with your name board, 10 minutes before the meeting time. In case the driver misses you, he or she will contact you through WhatsApp or text message. So set your smart phone in use. When you get off the vehicle: Please make sure if you leave your belongings in vehicle. Especially, smart phone and purse. In case you leave something, contact the driver ASAP. Not as long as you depart from Japan, we will send it to the next destination by cash on delivery. (it needs two days interval at the least) In case you are 5-8 guests, we can drop you off at two separated locations. Maximum Accommodation: : 1-4 guests; 4 guests + 5 suitcases / 5-8 guests; 8 guests + 10 suitcases *In case of 5-8 guests option: We allocate 2 vans Available Time: 5:00 am. 〜 06:00pm. every 60 minutes *If the time is averted from 5:00am-6:00pm, we are able to accept your request with extra charge. In this case, please inform and request it.

5.00This was so quick and easy worth the money! After a long trip moving from one airport to another with lots of luggage made it much easier. Our driver Sudo was amazing had messaged me all details and was waiting for us at our gate and made sure we made it to the correct terminal at our next airport! He was friendly and efficient and I would recommend to anyone at the end of their trip who is a bit tired!
