1.0No show. Driver cancelled last minute. Pretty much screwed us over. A taxi was so much more reliable and ended us saving more than this booking.

5.0Excellent company who was able to accommodate myself and partner who were moving to Milan with a lot of luggage. The driver who fetched us was waiting for us at arrivals and had parked very close. I would advise this service to anyone who wanted assistance from the airport. I had never been to Italy and considering I was moving to Milan, just having someone there to help me with luggage and find my hotel, was fantastic.
