1.00Flight was delayed an hour on landing. When got there supposed to have someone with our name at gate 4. No one was there. I ended up calling them and it took 40 minutes to get there. Got us to resort. Tipped well but then they never showed up to pick us up to go back to airport which we paid for a round trip in advance. Lesson learned.
