Do Eat Better Experience Aix-en-Provence Food Tour is a walking tour around the old town. You will be guided by a Local Expert who's able to explain every detail of the selected restaurants, their preparations, and any other relevant curiosities.

You will start the tour with a guided tasting of truffle based products, also known as the "black diamond of Provence". Then sample a charcuterie board with a glass of refreshing wine. After having learned everything about the precious truffle, get ready to taste it as one of the key ingredients of a must of the french cuisine, the Croque Monsieur.
