Also, you don't need to waste your time in line to buy tickets to one of the most frequently visited attractions in San Francisco- Alcatraz Island and the federal prison there.
After doing the city tour, our driver/guide will bring you to Pier 33, Alcatraz landing.

The driver in the bus narrates in English. When he brings you to the boat that takes you to Alcatraz, they give you audio guides in 12 different languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Mandarin.
We reserve the right to buy tickets to Alcatraz in the morning and do the city tour in the afternoon. Then you have to get to Pier 33 on your own, after Alcatraz tour, we will pick you up from Pier 33 and we will bring you back to your hotel after the city tour.
We do not pick up people if they are out of our pick-up area. We pickup from Downtown or from Fisherman's Wharf. Always call or write to us in advance to confirm your pickup location.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00Fantastic tour of San Francisco city. Our tour guide Randy was very knowledgeable and friendly. We feel that we’ve really seen the city and all the districts, learned the history and had a real San Francisco experience. The Alcatraz tour topped off the experience. We’ve had such an amazing day and highly recommended this trip.

5.00Very comprehensive tour of the city and all the places we wanted to see. We appreciated the opportunity to get out and take pictures as well as bathroom breaks. The amount of time was adequate and we were able to see if we wanted to visit anywhere again.

5.00Excellent tour, very informative and interesting. Stopped at various stops for pictures and ended with tour to Alcatraz, where you will be on your own at that point.

5.00Our tour was very good & informative. Michael was great. Just fyi, the tour is advertised as 8-10 hours but it is 7 including 3 hours at Alcatraz.

1.00Unfortunately, there was poor communication from the beginning. It wasn't clear whether you were to meet with a guide from the beginning and turns out part of the tour you were on your own. This would have been fine but that was never communicated. The itinerary when you purchased the tour waa different from what actually occurred so it was hard to know where to go and what times. I received several text messages with conflicting times of when to meet. I kept sending messages and didn't alwas get a response. The tour guide, Michael, was very rude at times. At one point, someone expressed they needed a bathroom and his reply was "well I can't create a bathroom". He was lucky the passengers were respectful but he definitely needs training on dealing with customers. Overall, I did not think it was worth what we paid.

5.00Our tour guide, Randy, was what made our city tour so impressive! He put his personal touches and experience into everything he took us to. He gave human interest information that we might never have found out. He even showed us his personal pictures of what the building look like at different holidays. He played songs from the 70’s by the artists whose houses he took us by. The Alcatraz part was perfect length of time to see the island and do the self guided tour. We would highly recommend this tour for those who are visiting San Francisco for the first time.
