Great guide, bad company

3.00Despite my rating, our guide was sensational. The reason I gave 3 stars is that I would never use this company again. All the other tour companies I used on this vacation reminded me when I needed a passport and this company did not. When we arrived at the office for the tour, I asked if a passport was necessary and was told yes. I said that I didn't have that on me but we were 10 minutes early and the hotel was 5 minutes away. I was brusquely told that I had missed the tour. I had a picture of my passport on my phone and was told that was fine. I went to the tour guide and explained that my husband would return with his passport before the tour started. He did return on time and the tour actually was not started for another 20 minutes at which point the headsets weren't working so the tour started 30 minutes late. The person who told me I missed the tour also argued with me about the start time, which was clearly labeled on my written confirmation and was not 10 minutes earlier as she had indicated. If I had listened to this person, who was so rude , I would have missed the tour and had to lose the fee. I'm just so disappointed at how I was treated that day. We had taken about 10 tours on this vacation and never experienced anything like this.

5.00Representative was welcoming friendly and very knowledgeable. We felt the tour was well paced and time out and as given for rests as weather was very warm . There as enough time allocated for the tour , so the vet all a well chosen tour.

5.00Great tour. Emilio our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour interesting. It was a 3.5 hour walking tour so make sure to wear comfortable shoes. Beautiful cathedral and Alcazar was very interesting, Beautiful architecture and gardens.

5.00The experience was very fun and the weather was perfect. The tour guide, Alvaro, was very energetic, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. The crowd sizes were small and if there were lines, they went quickly. The admission fees were also low compared to what my family expected. Additionally, the length of the visit seemed to run longer than expected but the atmosphere was great and we did not mind the extra knowledge. Finally, this tour is great for families who want to know more about the history of Sevilla with an easy walking route and great sights!

5.00We highly recommend this tour for first time visitors to Seville. Alvaro our guide made it a very special experience, providing historical detail of each area and an overall informative and enjoyable tour of the amazing Cathedral and Alcazar complex.. The walk up to the Giralda tower via 35 easily negotiated ramps was worthwhile and provided an amazing view of Seville old town and its surrounds. Leave extra time after the tour for the Alcazar gardens which are spectacular and are a welcome relief from a hot day.

5.00Our tour booked with Viator and conducted by Naturanda was remarkable. A nearly 4 hour tour of the Seville Real Alcazar and Gardens, the cathedral and tower. I can’t say enough good things about our tour guide Alvaro. Knowledgeable, kind, respectful, well spoken. Knows every detail of history of each toured area. The tour office was easy to find per their instruction email, things were organized and the tour kicked off on time. Highly recommend this tour - it was outstanding!
