3.00Our guide was difficult to understand. Our group was extremely large and it did not appear that the directions were clear. Myself and a family member got lost and walked back to the office by ourselves.

5.00A fact filled 3 1/2 to 4 hour tour of the Cathedral and Alcazar. Ismael is a fount of knowledge! He was nonstop the entire time. Knowledgeable, funny, serious at he same time. I would highly recommend Ismael and this tour!

3.00Our guide was Rebecca. She was enthusiastic and had a lot of information to share. There’s so much to see and learn! The cathedral was amazing! It was sometime difficult to understand her as she spoke quickly and her voice would trail off at the end of the statement. Also there was often static on the headphones. It was a very hot day and she kept reminding us to drink water but there was no where to get water! Wear comfortable shoes! It’s a lot of walking but worthwhile.

1.00This was a horrible tour. Our tour guide Macarena confirmed our names at the start of the tour. But she accepted more participants than available tickets so when we got to the. Seville Cathedral we were not able to get in and Macarena turned us away and blamed it on the tour company. Our audio devices were also not completely working and Macarena rudely dismissed me and said she hadasked us to check before starting, which she did not. She basically did not try to accommodate us. I returned to the office but all they had available were audio guides for only 1 of the two attractions we had booked several months ago. I would not recommend this tour to any one unless you want to risk losing your money. I would give this 0 stars but this is not an available option.

5.00Wonderful tour of Seville, including Alcazar, Cathedrals, climbing the Gerald’s Bell tower and other interesting points along the way. The tour is 4 hours long but well paced, Jesus did an awesome job with a lot of detail, fun facts and kept the energy going!
The tour guide made all the difference!

5.00Maria was an excellent tour guide! She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated all the informations she shared. Getting started was a bit hectic due to the number of people being checked in but Maria did a great job of keeping the group together once we got started.
