5.00We had an absolutely wonderful experience on the Alcazar and Cathedral of Seville tour! Merce was an outstanding guide, a passionate historian who brought the sites to life with her deep knowledge and engaging storytelling. Her enthusiasm made the history feel vibrant and personal, and we learned so much more than we expected. After the Cathedral portion, we stepped out briefly for a quick drink and sandwich, but it took us longer than anticipated. Merce was incredibly kind and accommodating — she promptly sent us our Alcazar tickets so we could catch up with the group right away. Her flexibility turned what could have been a stressful moment into a seamless one, and we rejoined her without missing a beat. We truly enjoyed every minute and left feeling enriched and grateful. Highly recommend this tour and especially Merce as a guide!
