It has been the scene of renowned shootings such as the famous television series “Game of Thrones” and is one of the oldest in Europe.

3.00Emilio the guide was great once we started the tour. Problem was with his company “Naturanda” didnot provide him with the prepaid tickets to enter the Catedral, so we had to wait a long time to start the tour and we were told to purchase the tickets ourselves and we would be reimbursed by Naturanda or Viator. Emilio had our prepaid tickets to enter the Alcázar and all was good. The tour group was large. Again, Emilio was excellent explains all the tour details. I would sure ask for him on my next tour.

5.00Our guide gave a good overall tour of the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. The tour started late and there was no good place to wait until it did begin. It would be nice to have this tour start earlier than 11:30 am to perhaps help avoid so many others at these two sites. I would very much recommend this tour. Two very different structures with so much to see

5.00Ivan was AMAZING. He talked continuously for the entire 4hour tour. Conveying so much interesting information in an entertaining and insightful manner. I wish I had a transcript of his tour to review again because it was a lot to absorb at one time in conjunction with the beauty and history of the cathedral and alcazar. Thank you so much Ivan.

5.00Both establishments were breathtaking. We were glad to have had the opportunity to visit both. Our experience with this tour was very disappointing. The guide, Ismael, spoke extremely quickly, and when several of us asked him to slow down, our concerns were dismissed. Much of the group struggled to understand him, and a number of people actually left within the first 30 minutes. In addition, his demeanor came across as rude and unprofessional. He was dismissive toward paying guests and even scolded people outside the group. The overall impression was that he was more focused on rushing through the tour and centering attention on himself rather than ensuring guests had an enjoyable and engaging experience. At one point, he even made a comment implying that we were “paying his rent,” which felt inappropriate. Overall, this was not the level of professionalism or quality we expected.

1.00English: The tour included a visit to the cathedral and tickets for the Alcázar... Unbelievable, but the agency or operator didn't buy the tickets for the second part of the tour. They couldn't replace them because everything was booked for the next 60 days. I bought the tour and paid 90 days in advance to avoid any problems, and THEY DIDN'T KEEP THE PROMISE! The guide, Julian, was very good and very apologetic, but the situation was beyond his control. It was chaos. I definitely don't recommend this operator; there are many others. Don't take unnecessary risks. We went back to the office near the cathedral for a solution, and the "person in charge"—more like a ticket seller—was arrogant, overbearing, and had terrible customer service. It took them a while to acknowledge that it was their mistake as an agency, since initially they hadn't even done that! In short, don't complicate things or take risks; look for another operator. Leonel Español: La visita incluía la visita a la catedral y boletos para el alcázar... Increíble pero la agencia u operador no compro los boletos de la segunda parte de la visita. No pudieron reponerlos ya q todo estaba lleno para los siguientes 60 dias. Compré el tour y lo pague 90 días con anticipación para evitar contratiempos y NO CUMPLIERON! El guía muy bueno Julian y muy apenado, pero estaba fuera de su control la situación. Fue un caos. Definitivamente no recomiendo este operador, hay muchos más, no tomen riesgos innecesarios. Regresamos por una solución a la oficina cerca de catedral y la "encargada" más bien boletera arrogante, prepotente y con un pésimo sentido de servicio. Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behaviour at Your Shop

1.00I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable behaviour my family and I experienced at your shop today. We had booked our tour through Klook, and all the required information was clearly provided in the email correspondence attached below. Despite this, your staff did not bother to inform us at any point that they had not received the necessary details from Klook — even after I had sent them multiple emails. As you can see from the email trail, I made every effort to communicate and clarify the situation in advance. When we arrived at your shop, the girls at the counter were extremely rude, dismissive, and entirely unhelpful. Their attitude was disrespectful and frankly deplorable. Instead of assisting us or even attempting to understand the issue, they behaved in a manner that was both unprofessional and deeply disappointing. This experience has left a very negative impression of your service. I expected far better communication and basic courtesy from your team. Given the circumstances, I will be writing a strong and honest review about the service we received. I hope you will address this matter seriously and ensure that no other customer has to face such behaviour in the future.

5.00A great tour covering the two most important sites in Seville. It is a long time on your feet on hard surfaces so make sure your shoes are comfortable. Definitely go to the top of the tower. It’s easier to climb than it appears and the views are worth it. Our guide, Abraham was great too. We were glad he’s tall so we cold find him easily with all the people around.
