1.00We booked this tour in advance for our last day in Seville. The morning of the tour, we got a message saying that the operator had overbooked the tour, so our booking was cancelled. Online reservations were then sold out to do a self guided tour, so we were unable to see the inside of the cathedral or Alcázar. It’s been my first time on Viator that an experience has been overbooked and I have been cancelled. Very unprofessional. Buyer beware. A booking is not a guarantee of anything.
