It has been the scene of renowned shootings such as the famous television series “Game of Thrones” and is one of the oldest in Europe.

Tour with emphasis on Islamic history and architecture

3.00This tour went in depth regarding Islamic influence on architecture and decoration. Even inside Cathedral, which guide kept incorrectly referring to as a temple, the emphasis was on the Islamic perspective. Guide misrepresented the Catholic doctrine by saying Seville thought Mary was more important than Jesus, the son of God. Rather than giving a broad overview of the Cathedral and Palace, the guide chose a couple of objects and went into great detail on those few objects. There were several parts of the palace not covered and the guide just told us how to get there, but after 4 hours we were ready to leave.

4.00A very good tour with an excellent guide very pleasant, great attitude and you can see that you know Seville and are passionate about your profession. Despite difficulties with informal and punctual tourists, causing delays in previously planned itineraries. I give 4 stars because I think they give little time to be in the places they take you, which makes the time not enough.

1.00We arrived at Naturanda’s office 2h 15 min before tour start to make sure our names were on the list, which was confirmed. Arriving with our group to the Royal Palace, however, we were not allowed in because Naturanda had sent other people’s names and IDs instead of ours. Back at Naturalda’s office we received no help. The office blaimed ”connectivity issues” for their mix-up and could not get us into the Palace before our stay in Seville was over.
