1.00Arrived at 1110 for our 1130 tour only to be told the most important part of the tour the Cathedral and the Giralda tower portion was not going to happen as they no longer had any tickets available even though I booked months ago. The second part of the tour would start in two hours which meant we had to wait around til then. Notification could have very easily been made to us to arrive later - not acceptable. Don’t ask a product that you can’t commit to. Very disappointed
