3.00Tour felt very rushed at the beginning and the radio equipment was very poor and full of static. The skip the line was not really a skip the line as we had to wait 15-30 mins to enter the Alcazar. I would recommend both monuments deserve their own tour. We just wanted to be finished the tour when it was time to go explore the gardens of Alcazar.

2.00The guide was fine but the office we finally found was a disorganized mess. We were there 45 minutes before the tour and was told to sit in a corner and would be told when the guide arrived. In fact, we almost missed the tour because no one checked us in. The office manager was incompetent.

1.00Too long..uninteresting delivery of facts. We have done many tours through Viator but we felt, this guide was overall very much below average. The radios were bulky and were barely audible especially when the guide kept turning head side to side and the volume would go up and down.

3.00A very average experience. Could have done this on a self guided basis and saved our money. We arrived to check in at the tour operator at the requested time and then the tour started 15 mins late. The whole tour was only 3.5 hours and the guide ended it very abruptly. No “thanks for your custom” or “enjoy the rest of your stay”.
