The 3-day canoe trip with our guide Buz in Algonquin Park was definitely one of the highlights of our Canada vacation. The lake, the peace and quiet, and the stunning nature made these days a truly special experience. The starting point of the tour was easy to find, and after a short introduction we headed straight out onto the water. Buz is a very pleasant and entertaining guide who took great care of us. He knows the park extremely well and showed us many beautiful spots we would never have discovered on our own. The food was excellent and more than plentiful – a big thank you to Kristina! Vegetarian options were also available. The equipment (tents and sleeping bags) was in great condition and kept us warm at night. From time to time, Buz paddled a bit ahead, but he always made sure to wait for the group at all the important spots. Overall, it was an amazing experience surrounded by breathtaking wilderness – we would absolutely recommend this tour! Thank you for an unforgettable adventure!

Simply put. Far from luxurious or enjoyable. The guide was constantly smoking and cooking with dirty hands and utensils. Old pots, pans, and equipment. From the promised activities, you can expect only to Canoe for hours and be left behind by the guide who always goes far ahead. Extremely overpriced for what actually goes into the trip.

I thought it was a wonderful experience. We were impressed by nature. Bazz was a really good guide and also made an effort to get the group used to each other. Of the 3 weeks canada trip this was definitely a highlight and felt like a mini holiday in the bigger picture. Unfortunately we have not seen any animals but a lot of beautiful things around us. I can recommend it to everyone, it's much cooler than a walking route, it's "The whole Package"!

Super group trip with Baz and lots of Canadian locals. Everyone made us and our 3 kids from England feel welcome. The park is stunning. Canoeing was fab and we loved the cliff jumping too. The food was lovely. Sadly there was a fire ban in the park so no evening camp fires but we drank lots of tea and hot chocolate to make up for it. Baz was great with our kids (4,8 & 10) and they got stuck in with the canoeing and hoisting the food boxes to keep out bears. We didn’t see the elusive moose but saw otters, turtles, frogs and plenty of birds and insects. A great trip overall and I’d certainly recommend for families.

We had a great time with Baz. This trip is definitely recommended. Baz is very knowledgeable and friendly. The park itself is stunning and canoeing is so peaceful and relaxing. The ideal way to get around and see the nature. Between us we saw moose, beavers, otter, Turkey Vultures, Loon, turtles and much more. The food was wonderful and plentiful and we were with some nice groups so it a good atmosphere. Also, Kristina was very good with the communication, and the notes for preparations and what to bring were spot on. Believe it when it says loose clothing is better for keeping the mosquito at bay.

I was a bit nervous as I'm not used to camping or canoeing, but the materials sent prior to the trip helped put me at ease and ensure I had everything I needed in advance. Make sure you read all the details before booking, as having no running water or electricity on the campsite can be a showstopper for many, but if you're up for it, you'll have an amazing experience. Baz is very knowledgeable, food was good, our group was fun, and the park is breathtaking.

Reminder about bugs! The mosquitos were a bother and we had many bits. The guide should remind people to reapply bug spray especially people who are not use to mosquitos. The trip was amazing but we thought we would see a few of the animals that they talked about in the description of the trip. We actually saw none of them. There should be a mention of this. Otherwise amazing trip.

This trip was a top experience, our guide Baze is a great guy has told a lot of interesting facts about the park. Tour with food is very good. It has four and two tents with sunbeds. Only the mosquitoes are small plague spirits. Attention Exact meeting point clarify in advance, the other family arrived too late.

It was a highlight of our trip to Canada and I would highly recommend it. Positive: - Super good food, vegetarians are also very well taken into account, plenty of choice and jammie!! - Little hassle, everything is waiting for you. - Beautiful nature - unique experience - Pleasant guide Growth points: - If there is a lot of wind like tips when paddling. - On the site is a group of maximum 8 people but we were 11. - It is very strict on the site that you must arrive on time and many appointments but actually it is very friendly. We left with quite a delay because a family was late.

It was a great paddle tour with elk and snapping turtles. It was deliciously grilled and we experienced a great sunrise.
