The Alhambra
The Alhambra, located on the Sabica hill, is an Andalusian palatine city. Its name comes from the reddish colour of its walls, coming from the clay of the land itself (Al-Hamra in Arabic). It is formed by a group of palaces, gardens and fortress where there was a citadel within the city of Granada itself, its main function was to serve as accommodation for the monarch and the court of the Nasrid Kingdom of Granada. There are also Christian settlements, such as the palace of Charles V and the church of Santa Maria, built on top of the old mosque. It is one of the most visited monuments in Spain and was declared a World Heritage Site in 1984. Enjoy the visit with an official guide.

5.00Carmen very friendly and accessible, provided us with a lot of important information. In the end he gave us a series of recommendations to visit, eat, see, etc. Highly recommended. For the number of tourists, a small horn would be advisable

1.00Honestly, my experience with MyTopTour here in Granada was quite disappointing. The staff were not friendly at all, which immediately set a negative tone. On top of that, the map they provided was very poor and not helpful, and the app was even worse, not clear or informative at all. Overall, it was a really, really, really bad experience. I definitely would not recommend it.

1.00I booked a tour for my father’s 80th birthday with entrance and guide to the Alhambra almost 2 months in advance. I paid and then they tell you that getting in is not safe. Once you pay you can't go back because you lose money. The result is that my parents have not been able to visit the Alhambra because they have not obtained entry but they have had my money until the end that they have returned it to me when there was no longer anything to do. They play with your money and your emotions. They sell a tour without getting tickets. A full-blown scam. If you want to make sure you see the Alhambra do not book with them.
Worth going Spain alone just to see the Alhambra.

5.00Amazing tour company, easy to find, had the guide, spoke well English, friendly. Letty was amazing. Would go again with her for the tour as I loved Granada and Alhambra. I also added the menu, I thought you eat in Alhambra but it’s a restaurant right outside but it was convenient and the food was amazing. It’s not like the pics you see, it s delicious. Starter, mains, dessert and coffee. I was full. 10/10
