4.00Big fright when picking up tickets because 2 out of 6 people had left their passports at the hotel! At the counter we are told that we will not be able to return to the Alhambra!! In the end we decide to try and it goes smoothly with passport photos on phone (just a control of +) It would have been a shame to miss such a beautiful site..especially this season with the gardens in bloom!

1.00I had booked a visit to the Alhambra for Tuesday, May 20, 2025, reservation confirmed and paid 49 €. Two days before, on Sunday, May 18, I received a message informing me that, due to a technical problem with the Alhambra ticketing system, access to the site was no longer guaranteed... I was then offered an alternative tour of the Albaycín and Sacromonte districts... at the same price! Three options are available: accept this tour, pause the reservation or cancel for a refund. I try to contact the service provider several times: emails, WhatsApp, Viator customer service... Not only do the answers take a long time to arrive, but also, the people in the customer service are unkind, and we frankly feel disturbed. To top it all off, the explanations for collecting tickets are blurry, poorly worded, and incomprehensible – making it difficult to organize on the spot. Finally, the visit was maintained, confirmation received the night before the visit! For 49 €, we have access to the site... and an “audio guide” that boils down to a link to an Internet page. This provider seems to be customary in this type of practice, in view of the other opinions. Unpleasant customer service, chaotic communication... You should absolutely avoid.

1.00The audio guide was useless except to tell us to walk and listen to the birds sing. No notion of history, date or names of historical figures when there was so much to say. And entry to 10€ according to the voucher made an audio guide for 40€ a little expensive for what we were learning.

3.00We did not have entry to the Nasrid Palaces which was disappointing. We were told after booking we might not get a ticket due to a technical problem. Fortunately Playa Granada did get a ticket in the end, but forgot to email them to us.......collected from them in the morning. Recommend book direct on the Alhambra website well in advance.
