What To Expect
Generalife
First we Will visit The Generalife, we Will walk around the palace and gardens and We will know the gravity irrigation system of the Alhambra. Today, the irrigation system has been restored and is used to maintain the beauty and greenery of the Alhambra gardens.

After visiting the Generalife, we will arrive at the Medina.The Alhambra Medina is an ancient fortified city found within the walls of the Alhambra in Granada, Spain. It was built during the Nasrid era and was used as a residence for the inhabitants of the court and the nobility. By walking through the narrow streets of the Medina, visitors can experience a sense of what daily life was like in the Middle Ages. In this point we will visit as well the free admission sites : Parador, Charles the V Palace and Santa Maria de la Alhambra.

5.00Excellent in-depth tour of the history of the palace. Our guide Antonio was brilliant - his knowledge and explanation provided an interesting and memorable experience. One thing to mention - passport or photo ID needed for entry! Wasn’t aware but thankfully had a photo of my passport on phone and was allowed entry

4.00Fabulous place to visit. Felt rushed at times, constantly told we were a big group and so we can’t stay long here; repeated at least twenty times. We paid £100 each for a £30 ticket. It appeared one Japanese guest paid and others tagged along!

5.00From being a bit miffed at having to pay so much join a group, I've got to say this was actually great fun and well worth it. Our guide Jinco was very friendly, funny and knowledgable and not averse to some gentle trolling. Skipped all the lines and got into all the palaces which were closed to ordinary ticket holders. Plus the ticket was a full-blown 3-day Granada Card which paid for other attractions as well as my local bus fares.

4.00Alhambra itself beautiful but the guide was not good. Bad english and data dump you don't remember. For a ticket of 100 euros - more than 3x the normal entrance fee I expect a higher level guide

2.00Defective sound system in mid-course. Group greater than 20 people. Some on site at the last minute creating frequent toilet stops or misplacement. Too many religious details and meanings of the Qur'an surahs at the expense of the history of the places. Visit of more than 3:30 hours.
