Easy to set up. It was a thoughtful tour and lesson of the history of the Alhambra. It’s a good walk up to the entrance from th hotels

We payed whole amount, but got only entry tickets because we were late. We were late because of a road closure that we didn't know about (no information on google maps, no warning from trip organisers). We were by foot and insdead of 5 min to the meeting point we had to walk 40 min. They left us our tickets at cafe in front of the entry, but we were not allowed to join the group after we came, although we were 20 min late and the tour lasts 3h. They said no refund, that we should ve happy that we got the entry tickets, that that is their policy. No understanding for even objective reasons for being late that we couldn't predict.

The audio component of the tour only worked about half of the time so we missed a lot of content. We also had two children and one wheelchair which caused us to miss seeing parts of the palaces and Fortress. We always seemed very rushed for time and the guide, Carmen, told us we could go back and see the things we missed. But it was already a very long tour. Carmen knew a lot about the history, but didn’t know much at all about the gardens and the kind of flowers and trees.

1000 years of so many different people applying their rules and beliefs to the property and luckily it hasn’t been destroyed at least not completely. What an amazing place. I thought our guide Marco was a history professor. He is an excellent steward of the Alhambra. His explanations were clear and he had photographic pictures of referencing made about the property in the past. It would have been a nicer. Tripadvisor have been able to give me a little bit more information about how to find my group and my guy nevertheless, the people helping their in the information booth were really good.

Need to book in advance. Can be very busy. Morning is best time to visit. Great visit, best with a tour guide to get the history. A good 3 walk.

We booked a small tour(20 people). Our tour started 30 minutes late and there were 30 people on it. The guide did her best to manage the large group but unfortunately some members were disrespectful and ignored her.

Tour guide spoke very broken English at best. Hard to understand and make out what he was saying . I ended up taking my headset off and looking at the buildings

Nhue is a very bad company. Don't hire them. I traveled from Mexico to Spain to see the Alhambra and one day before I had my tour schedule changed from 3:00 to 2:30 to suit your interests. I explained that I could not arrive at that time because my plane arrived from Madrid to Granada at 1:10 pm and between collecting bags and the rental car I could not arrive at that time. Miss NHUE told me she was leaving my tickets at the door and losing the Tour. I don’t know if they can change the departure time to your pleasure but I recommend Viator to see about this matter because logistical problems always happen and will happen but the very rude and screaming lady is no way to treat people and more. NHUE OWES ME AN APOLOGY AND AN ALHAMBRA TOUR

Guide was late and tour ended early. Guide’s English was certainly better than my Spanish and I give him credit for that. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Alhambra itself was worth seeing.

This is a sprawling complex, so having a guide was quite helpful. We also enjoyed the others in our group.
