Guillermo was a perfect guide. It was a rainy day, but we saw so much and learned a lot about the history, architecture and heritage. I would 100% recommend this guide because there is SO much to see and learn at the Alhambra that you can not do it alone. Our guide Guillermo was super personable, informative, and had good style!

This was our second visit to the Alhambra, many years apart. It is a must see, a worth more than one visit. Our guide, Ventura, was very good.

Well organized and enjoyable tour with audio headset that kept up a good pace. Antonio was responsive to all participants and had good humour. The only thing we fretted about was the meeting point as I had read of issues from others. We found it after much study. To fix this, I recommend you try out the directions on a newcomer like me and revise the directions by being more specific. For example, the details for the end point were better than on the meeting point. Also there is no "map on steel" visible from the main ticket office square. The so-called map is a 3D model on a table (about 35" off the ground) in the rear corner. We were grateful that a nice lady from the company was at the ticket office to guide us.

Alhambra is wonderful, and you should go there. This was my second time here, I visit Alhambra 10 years ago. But, I cannot recommend this tour company. First, nobody told me that passport / driver license required to get in. If you have a child with you passport must be present. Yes, you can get some kind of special pass, but it will take time and standing in the line. Second problem - our guide's English. It was very complicated and very fast... Also, our guide decided to skip a lot of historical facts. Not a word about Puerta de Vino, silence about Spanish hero who saved Alhambra during french occupation, zero information about Jewish heritage and life before Reconquista.

Excellent. Put simply this is a place that you must visit. There’s little I can say that can adequately describe or capture it. Stunning. However, 1. Get there early 2. A taxi is probably the best way to get there although the walk is interesting 3. Book in advance 4. Bring your passport or some form of official ID with a photo

This was a great, small group walking tour of the Alhambra. Our guide, Antonio was very clear to understand, walked at a good pace and answered all our questions. By walking all around and inside the complex, this is not a tour for anyone with walking disabilities.
