What To Expect
Generalife
First we Will visit The Generalife, we Will walk around the palace and gardens and We will know the gravity irrigation system of the Alhambra. Today, the irrigation system has been restored and is used to maintain the beauty and greenery of the Alhambra gardens.

After visiting the Generalife, we will arrive at the Medina.The Alhambra Medina is an ancient fortified city found within the walls of the Alhambra in Granada, Spain. It was built during the Nasrid era and was used as a residence for the inhabitants of the court and the nobility. By walking through the narrow streets of the Medina, visitors can experience a sense of what daily life was like in the Middle Ages. In this point we will visit as well the free admission sites : Parador, Charles the V Palace and Santa Maria de la Alhambra.

Very disappointing experience, no flexibility or customer care

1.00We were scheduled for the 9:00 AM guided tour of the Alhambra and Nasrid Palaces and arrived at the meeting point at approximately 9:02 AM. Unfortunately, due to severe weather and taxi delays, we were slightly late despite making every effort to be there on time. When we arrived, there was no guide visible at the designated meeting point, and after searching, we were told the group had already left and that we were not allowed to join them under any circumstances, even if we could find them. Instead, we were simply handed two entry tickets and told to visit on our own. This was extremely frustrating because we had already visited the Alhambra independently before, the entire reason we booked (and paid almost triple the standard ticket price) was specifically for a professional guided experience. To make matters worse, the staff member we dealt with was rude and dismissive, showing no empathy for the situation or the weather conditions. The company later refused any refund, stating that any late arrival results in losing the tour, regardless of circumstances. We did not receive the service we paid for, we paid for a guided tour, not just entrance tickets. There was no attempt at flexibility, partial refund, or even basic customer care. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience, especially while traveling internationally. I would not recommend this company (Nhue) if you expect reasonable customer service or understanding in real-world situations. By contacting Viator directly I was told that the company has a all sales final policy and there is nothing Viator can do to help rectify the situation.

2.00The tour guide was nice and has good information. However, he told us that we can go back to take pictures that's why we didn't take pictures for us because we want to take our time (it is our honeymoon). However the security didn't let us enter again and they said it is only one time entry. I hope we can get new tickets in our last day here to take some pictures because what happened ruined my day.

5.00I can thoroughly recommend this tour. Although we arrived at the end of Storm Leonardo/ Storm Marta it was amazing. Our guide, Aitana, was brilliant, providing masses of information, stories and insight in a very accessible way. There was plenty of time for photos too. Words cannot describe how beautiful this place is even in the rain. Go with a small group tour for the best experience and hope your guide is Aitana.

I would 100% recommend this guide because there is SO much to see and learn at the Alhambra that you can not do it alone. Our guide Guillermo was super personable, informative, and had good style!
