First we Will visit The Generalife, we Will walk around the palace and gardens and We will know the gravity irrigation system of the Alhambra. Today, the irrigation system has been restored and is used to maintain the beauty and greenery of the Alhambra gardens.

After visiting the Generalife, we will arrive at the Medina.The Alhambra Medina is an ancient fortified city found within the walls of the Alhambra in Granada, Spain. It was built during the Nasrid era and was used as a residence for the inhabitants of the court and the nobility. By walking through the narrow streets of the Medina, visitors can experience a sense of what daily life was like in the Middle Ages. In this point we will visit as well the free admission sites : Parador, Charles the V Palace and Santa Maria de la Alhambra.

1.00We were at meeting point and never found Viator. We asked and no one could give us any information as to who to look for. We hired a private driver who got us to the meeting area on time but viator failed to meet us. Extremely disappointed . I will be giving a negative google review
You should not miss the Alhambra.

4.00The Alhambra is really interesting. Most of all you should see the three palaces. The gardens and fortress itself are not that interesting; it only takes time 😉. When visiting do not forget your passport or ID you have to show it at several places in the Alhambra because each part has its own entrance.
Avoid if you want ANY flexibility and customer service!

1.00Would give zero stars if I could. We had two people in our party of four get very ill. I attempted to reach out to Viator and the tour company directly to reschedule or receive some type of refund, even if partial. The tour company NEVER RESPONDED to me after multiple attempts to reach out directly. Viator's response was, essentially, there's nothing we can do. From now on I will 1) not use Viator for any bookings and 2) not bother to book ahead of time. Viator and this operator don't allow any flexibility and provide terrible customer service.

3.00We started off the tour bit of a tension mode where we couldn't meet our guide for almost 40 min past the hour. We came at 9 but no one directed in a right direction while we struggling with a 5 yr old to catch up with the tour. It was bit intense. Couldn't enjoy it. May be with out tour guide we'd have been ok. That's my opinion.

5.00A must do if visiting Granada! Our tour guide, Ventura, was excellent explaining everything very clearly, adding a bit of humour, open to questions and very calm without rushing us. Loads of photo opportunities too.

5.00Antonio, our guide was amazing. We appreciated his knowledge about the different monuments. He did an excellent job of conveying the life of the sultans and kings that lived the palaces through history. He was very conscientious about everyone’s needs on the tour moving at a reasonable pace on the 3 hour tour. Very professional and organized tour. I highly recommend it.
