Generalife
First we Will visit The Generalife, we Will walk around the palace and gardens and We will know the gravity irrigation system of the Alhambra. Today, the irrigation system has been restored and is used to maintain the beauty and greenery of the Alhambra gardens.

After visiting the Generalife, we will arrive at the Medina.The Alhambra Medina is an ancient fortified city found within the walls of the Alhambra in Granada, Spain. It was built during the Nasrid era and was used as a residence for the inhabitants of the court and the nobility. By walking through the narrow streets of the Medina, visitors can experience a sense of what daily life was like in the Middle Ages. In this point we will visit as well the free admission sites : Parador, Charles the V Palace and Santa Maria de la Alhambra.

5.00Antonio was knowledgeable and congenial. The tour was really well timed and a pleasure throughout. I was worried that the small tour wouldn’t be worth the extra money (the four of us were half of our group), but the small number made asking questions and moving together easy. All of us were extremely happy with Antonio’s tour! When we were moving amid larger groups in the gardens I felt sometimes as though I was in the rush hour; but as the tour progressed the crowd thinned. One suggestion: the check-in process was arduous with multiple groups (large and small, in many different languages) meeting at the same time and place and therefore a long line to check in. This complaint is about the tour provider not the guide: they should help clients locate their tours better. Signs?

1.00Celia our supposed tour guide was already inside the site, and we were there 10 mins early to the site and still did not find her nor did she have any distinguishing info about her appearance or anything to find her out of the crowds of hundreds. We then tried to catch up to them. Still were unsuccessful, very unorganized with check ins or WhatsApp text messages. Would definitely not recommend!

5.00We just finished a tour of the Alhambra with Nerea and it was honestly the highlight of our trip. She knew every detail of the history and architecture, and shared so much rich background that really brought the place to life. What set her apart though was her humor and personality. She made the whole experience feel less like a lecture and more like wandering through the palaces with a witty friend who happens to know everything. If you’re booking an Alhambra tour, ask for Nerea. Highly recommend!
