4.00We visited the Alhambra, a magnificent place. A must-see if health permits!!! Once you have passed the checkpoint (2 to 3 times during the visit), ID and ticket), you cannot turn back!!! At one point, I couldn't take it anymore; there was no way to shorten the path, poorly marked, no staff to give us information, and I ended up falling. So very good, but good shoes (which I had) and very long, especially under the sun. It's not for all ages...

4.00Our guide Alain was very knowledgeable and took us through the forts and palaces explaining the various features in an interesting manner. The one small issue was with the headset unit he was using. It has a continuous crackle which made it sometimes hard to hear him. Apart from that we really enjoyed the tour.

5.00The Alhambra is a "must" when visiting Granada. But without a dedicated and highly skilled tour guide, you won't even begin to grasp what you are seeing. Thank you very much to Carlos for the informative tour through the gardens and palaces of the Alhambra, as well as a trip back to the time of the Moors - and this in excellent German - and Arabic, English, Spanish. Even the children in our group (8 and 10 years old) were enthusiastically involved. Thank you for an impressive tour.

He was knowledgeable, friendly and he took the time to show us so many wonderful things about Alhambra! We had a three hour tour with Antonio and he never stopped ensuring we were comfortable and the knowledge he shared will last us a lifetime!

1.00We had an unfortunate situation our tour guide’s equipment kept going out we we had to wait for replacement batteries four times, so we missed over 30 minutes of the tour. Our guide gave us very little historical information

5.00Absolutely fantastic tour with wonderful guide Carlos Serrano. Amazing guide and incredible experience!! Our guide, Carlos Serrano, was knowledgeable, engaging, and impressively multilingual—speaking 5 languages including Arabic which he used to share with us so many of the inscriptions that are part of the designs of Alhambra. Carlos effortlessly guided our tour in English and German, making everyone in the group feel included and comfortable. Carlos brought so much energy and historical insights to the tour, sharing background and historical detail that we could never have gotten on our own. Highly recommend—highlight of our trip!

5.00Large property, lots of steps, very busy. Quite glad that we booked a small group tour. There were 8 of us. Guillermo was our guide. He was knowledgeable and passionate about the Alhambra, and knew all of the best spots to get the best pictures. We loved getting to visit this justifiably revered piece of history to better understand the culture of Granada.
Carlos is the living essence of the tour.
