The tour may be rescheduled in the event of poor conditions; in the rare case of downpours or unreasonable weather, the tour will be canceled and you will be offered a refund. However, the One World Observatory and 9/11 Museum tickets cannot be rescheduled since they are date/time specific
We offer two upgrades for the 9/11 Museum. You can either tour the exhibits with a guide or get a skip-the-line ticket to visit on your own. If you choose the ticket option, be sure to arrive during your timed entry window as the museum reserves the right to deny admission if you miss this. With both options, you can stay as long as you like after entering. There’s a security checkpoint, and all large bags must be checked.

Jaclyn was an amazing tour guide! She was very well spoken and we could tell she loved her job very much! She allowed us to learn about her life. She also took our needs into consideration since it was cold. The way she spoke about the history was very beautiful and was very respectful. She made this tour very enjoyable.

Jake was fantastic. Knowledgeable and engaging. Interesting facts we never heard of. Aware of current events surrounding the monument and effects 9/11 had on the city.

Absolutely amazing memorial, museum, and tour. Tony Di Sante was our guide and did a fantastic job! The memorial and museum were deeply moving and very emotional. Be prepared for a deeply profound experience, especially if you lived through the events of 9/11 like I did. I will need to go back and visit again.

Tony was wonderful. He is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge regarding 911. He has a pleasant demeanor and was very accommodating in answering our questions.

Due to the Mayor's inauguration streets were blocked. Every street we went down, we got turned around by the police. Albert, the tour guide, being from New York or Viator did not call or text. I texted and called with no success. After reaching out to Viator, stated the guide does is no required to contact me. Which has never been my experience, all guides have reached out to directly before. We missed the tour which was a failure on both Albert and Viator. After contacting Viator, informed they could not refund the purchase and sent me tickets leaving us to find our way. Very disappointing experience with second thoughts if I will ever use Viator again!!!

My wife and I took the All Access 9/11 Tour, and it was an experience we will never forget. Jason, our guide, was exceptional—his energy, compassion, and deep knowledge were evident from the very beginning.Even though it was the coldest day of the season, the warmth of his storytelling and respect for the subject matter carried us through. Being able to remember where we were on that day, reflect on how we felt, and truly learn what happened—not only on the ground in New York, but in the air and across the country—was incredibly moving. There were moments that brought tears to our eyes, but also moments that reminded us of the extraordinary heroism shown by everyday people. The tour honored those who were lost, those who served, and those who continue to be impacted today. It was both heartbreaking and heartening at the same time—a powerful reminder of resilience, humanity, and the importance of never forgetting. The Blue’s
