However, the One World Observatory and 9/11 Museum tickets cannot be rescheduled since they are date/time specific
We offer two upgrades for the 9/11 Museum. You can either tour the exhibits with a guide or get a skip-the-line ticket to visit on your own. With both options, you can stay as long as you like after entering. There’s a security checkpoint, and all large bags must be checked.

The guide Sean is very knowledgeable of the 9/11 tragedy. There was a very good tour for the outside area. I bought the extended tour with the museum and observatory. There is not time to do all 3. The outside tour and the museum is a full day.

Tim Douglas was an excellent guide! He was informative and entertaining. He imparted his knowledge with exactly the right sense of awareness, awe and emotion that helped our group properly engage with the story. He had a great knack of using everyone's name in his delivery which made it feel even more personal.

Arun was a great guide and related several stories about his experiences on 9/11. He also provided some very heartwarming stories of heroism and sacrifice that took place that day. We were overwhelmed by the 9/11 Museum and spent several hours there going through the exhibits. We finished the day with an after dark visit to the top of the Freedom Tower. The views were incredible.
