We offer several upgrades to enhance your visit. The 9/11 Museum is a must. You can upgrade for a VIP guided tour or a self-guided visit with your skip-the-line ticket. You’re welcome to stay as long as you like in the museum after the tour. You can also add on a visit to Freedom Tower for the 360-degree views of NYC from the spectacular One World Observatory.

Tour operates rain or shine. A large portion of this tour is outdoors, so please dress appropriately and be prepared for the weather. The tour may be rescheduled in the event of poor conditions; in the rare case of downpours or unreasonable weather, the tour will be canceled and you will be offered a refund. However, the One World Observatory and 9/11 Museum tickets cannot be rescheduled since they are date/time specific
We offer two upgrades for the 9/11 Museum. You can either tour the exhibits with a guide or get a skip-the-line ticket to visit on your own. If you choose the ticket option, be sure to arrive during your timed entry window as the museum reserves the right to deny admission if you miss this. With both options, you can stay as long as you like after entering. There’s a security checkpoint, and all large bags must be checked.
Freedom Tower policy: Tickets are only available for a specific date and time and cannot be used at any other time. The date will be the same date as the selected tour date. Typically, the entry time for the 10:30am tour is 2pm; the 1pm tour typically has an entry time of 4:30pm. The actual entry time may vary based on availability. In the case of no availability, you will be notified by the local tour operator to select another date, another tour, or a refund

She took us through the 9/11 exterior experience in a way you simply cannot capture on your own. Her knowledge, compassion, and ability to bring the history to life made this tour unforgettable. What moved us most is a beautiful tradition she keeps: every single day, she looks up the name of a 9/11 victim whose birthday falls on that date. During the tour, she takes you to their name at the Memorial waterfall, shares who they were, and tells their story. It’s such a touching, meaningful way to honor them and ensure they are never forgotten. This added layer of humanity and remembrance made the entire experience incredibly powerful. I am so grateful we had the chance to learn, reflect, and truly feel the importance of this place through her guidance. Highly recommend this tour—and especially this guide—to anyone visiting.

4.00Amazing. Full of skyscrapers and with an exact explanation of everything. I liked the monuments at ground zero, it’s okay to take a walk around them, and then get on the tour bus and get on and off as many times as you want to walk around the streets, and not be sitting for long. We went with umbrellas and it rained a little and that gave it a romantic touch. New York is eternal.
