We had an amazing experience, and we were so lucky to have a very experienced tour guide, Paul Kelly, who has of course with a name like Kelly Irish heritiage. He was so knowledge, and you could see he loves and enjoys his job. Highly recommend his company ExperienceFirst. We did another tour with them also. Both days great. Thanks so much Paul, greatly appreciated. Hilda, from the south of Ireland.

Russell was a fantastic guide. Having also been living and working in NYC on 9/11 (and first time visiting the memorial) his recount of the day was an accurate and emotional rendition of the day. Highly recommend.

Tim was an excellent tour guide. He made a point to know everyone's name to learn everyone's name in the and used our names when he was speaking to us, which is important to draw us into the moment. His stories were poignant and empathetic. You will be incredibly lucky if you get Tim as your tour guide.

We had a brilliant tour with Rob around the World Trade centre and the 9/11 memorials. He gave us the history of the area, what happened on that day from a general as well as personal experience from a New Yorker. He was informative and engaging.

Our tour with Paul was incredible, sobering, and surreal. The personal connection he had to Ground Zero was heartfelt and brutally honest.
