I grew up in NJ, worked in NYC ans visited the Trade Center often. It was a part of my childhood. So what happened on 9/11 impacted me as it did anyone who grew up in the Tri-state area. I also lost a childhood friend in the South Tower. On a recent trip to NYC for the holidays, my kids and their friends expressed a true interest in visiting the memorial. Knowing everything that happened on 9/11 and all that is there to see, I thought it would be best to book a tour. What a great decision. The weather was extremely cold and windy, however, that didn’t deter our guide, Jaclyn from providing one of the best most informative guiding tours I have ever been on. Jaclyn was so well versed in the history of the Twin Towers, the sight and the dreadful events of that day. The passion in her voice and about the events of that day and beyond were very apparent, which I believe drew the kids attention to the events of 9/11. I don’t believe I could have chosen anyone better to given that tour to us that day, as I myself learned quite a bit. Thank you Jaclyn for a special and informative tour!

It was powerful to hear everyone’s story of that tragic day. I think it was great for the younger participants that weren’t born ti hear. I really liked seeing the America Express tribute.

I want to thank Tim Douglas for a wonderful experience. He was very knowledgeable and very interactive with our group. He gave us time to look around and time to reflect on such a horrific event. He even took us to places that were not spoken about on the website. To my amazement he remembered everyones name in the group in such a short amount of time, which made it more personable. I would highly recommend taking this tour to anybody. Thank you Tim Sincerely John and Christle.

Tim Douglas was a great tour guy that the entire family enjoyed. He made the extra effort to get to know everybody’s names in our group. He made the tour a lively, impersonal experience by giving us lots of information factual and personal. He took us to the 11 Tears Memorial in addition to around the Occulus and of course 911. Tim even gave us a great tip on a lunch spot after the tour.

I took my family to New York City during the holidays. One of the highlights of our trip was doing a guided tour of Ground Zero. Tim Douglas was our tour guide and he was awesome! The hour tour flew by because it was so interesting. Highly recommend if you are visiting Ground Zero, The One World Trade Center or the 9/11 museum, you get Tim to do your guided tour.
