When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight arrival details and full address of your Manhattan, Brooklyn or Queens hotel, apartment or private residence. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy! All-inclusive price is per vehicle / group You will receive a text message upon arrival. Click the link in the text message to receive instructions on meeting your driver. After collecting your bags, proceed to the Welcome Center, and press the Ready Now button to be connected with your vehicle. If you did not connect with the driver, please proceed to the Welcome Center in your arriving terminal and call extension#18 using one of the courtesy phones to connect directly with MySedan agent. MySedan agents will check your flight details for any early or late arrivals; waiting time is included in the price as follows - Domestic flights – 45 min; International flights – 90 min

The pickup time said 1700 and we landed at 1620 and were ready to go at 1640. With much delay, waiting around, phone calls to the company, and even talking to the driver (who said we had to wait cause it was a shared ride, and it wasn’t btw) we eventually got picked up at 1732 which doesn’t seem bad but we were only here for two nights and now one is ruined. Will not be using or recommending this service again

This company was part of the package booked via Thomson Holiday. Arrived at jfk, no waiting transfer. Rang the company, told 10/20 minutes. Several other people also waiting. All in all, we had to ring 3 times. Should have been picked up at 1600, eventually got picked up at 1800. 2 hours later than scheduled! Return from hotel in times sq to jfk was with the same company. Due to be picked up at 1600, I got a phone call just prior to this saying it would now be 16.30. No transport arrived by 16.45 so I rang, I got transferred to the driver who wasn't best pleased I was ringing him direct(i didnt!) He told me the traffic was busy and he may not be able to get down our street and he'd be there in 20 minutes. No show so I rang again at 1700 to be told 10 minutes. Half an hour later I got a phone call to tell me to make alternative arrangements to the airport as the road was too busy for the driver to get down! Road wasn't busy, we'd been stood looking at it for over an hour waiting for pick up. Avoid avoid avoid. 2 hours late being collected from the airport and didnt bother to pick us up on our return journey. An absolute disgrace. A company that obviously knows how busy NYC is but doesn't allow for this on pick up times.

Horrible pick up from JFK. Did not track my flight. I tried to call their customer service number but was on hold then disconnected. Driver finally called me and said to go to departures and tell him door number. He called to say he’s still in traffic. I stood upstairs waiting as no benches for 45 minutes . Finally another driver called and said he would be there in 15 minutes. I could have uber black like my friend did and been at the hotel before I even got into the car. Never taking this company again

When booking a trip to NYC, I chose this company because, per their website, they were a safe and secure company. Despite numerous negative online reviews, I prioritized safety since I was traveling alone with my two daughters for the first time in the city and moved forward with booking. At the time of booking, their website indicated that the driver would meet us at the Welcome Center. Upon arrival, we went to the Welcome Center and checked in with the person at the kiosk. They confirmed that AirLink transports meet there. After waiting for 10 minutes, I tried calling the company, but no one answered. 39 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, I received a call from a random number. The person on the line claimed to be our driver and asked for our terminal. He said he had no information about our trip, not even my name. While on the call, I walked back to the Welcome Center staff and asked again if AirLink always picks up at the Welcome Center. She confirmed that it was the case. I informed the driver on the phone that I didn’t feel comfortable with him not having information about our transport. From there, another number called me, claiming to be with AirLink. They said our driver was outside and we needed to go outside. I expressed my discomfort about going out to a vehicle without the driver knowing any information, our confirmation number, our destination or even knowing my name. This person hung up on me. I did not go out to the vehicle and found alternate transport. Once I arrived at the hotel, via taxi, I called to share my negative experience and request, at a minimum, a partial reimbursement for my trip, but the company refused, claiming the driver did what he was supposed to do. However, this was clearly untrue. The driver failed to perform his duties, including arriving at 10:15 am and meeting us at the welcome center as per the booking. I diligently searched for a way to be comfortable with moving forward with this transport but the driver was unwilling to come inside and I was hung up on twice. The only person who offered reassurance was the welcome center attendant, employed by the airport and not AirLink. She continually confirmed that the driver should have been inside to meet us and empathized with my hesitation to venture out to the vehicle. I acknowledge that fear is subjective, and I understand that I’m from a smaller town and was in an unfamiliar environment. Additionally, traveling with my two daughters heightened my caution. Nevertheless, if AirLink had adhered to the booking procedures, the driver had been prepared, punctual, and had my confirmation information, the trip would have been smooth and successful. The return trip to the airport would have also proceeded as planned. I am deeply frustrated with this company on multiple fronts. However, beyond my personal concerns, their risk management team should be deeply concerned about the potential safety issues in this situation. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the company for a discussion, I have received no response.

Our flight was 40 minutes late. Richie wrote on Whatsapp that it's okay, we'll be waiting for you in the waiting area. Richie was waiting there with a sign and carried our suitcases to a large SUV. The ride to Manhattan went really well. Very friendly and safe service. A ride worth the price.

My daughter experienced this shuttle last night and the experience overall went well for a private transfer from Newark airport to downtown. Indeed, some organizational problems are to be deplored in the sense that the reality does not correspond to the reservation. According to the booking site, the driver's welcome takes place at the Welcome center, the choice I made, but in reality, the drivers do not go up to this floor, the meeting place is at level 1 in the pick-up area. pick-up. The driver was a little late, so she did not receive a text message once her flight landed as indicated, she called 3 times to follow up with the driver, she always had someone from dispatch who contacted her helped. The driver arrived and everything went well. You just need to have all the information to hand, reservation number and telephone number to follow up. She subsequently received a tracking email when the driver was present, a little late. A bit of a stressful experience but it works. In summary, drivers tend to take a large margin on arrival time, taking into account disembarkation, and going through customs, so you will probably wait.
