Vehicles feature stylish and spacious interiors, climate control and you will be met and escorted by a professional chauffeur.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight departure details, mobile number and full address of your Manhattan hotel, apartment or private residence. Pick-up is automatically scheduled 4 hours prior to your flight departure time. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy! All-inclusive price is per vehicle/ group

1.00Left us stranded for 45 minutes past our booking time. Didn't have the courtesy to notify us that they were incredibly late and I only found out by calling them myself. Hopefully I won't miss the plane because of them

3.00Viator did not accurately communicate the number of bags to the driver. The driver was unhappy with this and didn't want to take us. It was 6 bags for a Suburban, I'm not sure why this was an issue. The bags fit perfectly fine but the driver told us it could damage the transmission. Something is wrong with their cars if a Chevy Suburban cannot handle 6 bags.

5.00This place seemed reputable on line but after I booked noticed some bad reviews and was nervous. We booked private for manhattan to jfk. Driver arrived 5 minutes early, had a great attitude, packed the bags ways. Was a very nice Mercedes van. Dropped off us to jfk, no issues and with great service. Would definitely use them again. I think for private service they are excellent.

5.00After a harrowing taxi ride from JFK into the city, we decided to spend a little more money for the return trip and it was well worth it. Our driver, Antoine, was punctual, polite and a great conversationalist. He shared some interesting history about Manhattan and took a route through Flushing that got us to JFK in plenty of time.
This was the worst transportation company that I have ever used on vacation.

1.00Today I was supposed to be picked up at Marriott Marquis in Manhattan. The driver called a 7:55 to say she was on the street to pick my family up. The driver did not speak good English so I had a hard time understanding her, I let my husband talk to the driver and he couldn’t understand her. I called the company and someone called me back to describe the car that was there to pick me up and we still didn’t find the driver. We walked around the the hotel 5 times and the driver was not at the hotel. I had to catch a taxi to the airport so I could be on time to catch my flight. When I called the company to ask for a refund they said I was a no show. I had to keep calling over 10 times because someone kept hanging up on me once I said refund. I called the company at 7:40 a.m. to find out where the driver was and they said she would call me for my 8:00 a.m. pick up. She called but couldn’t communicate where she was for the pickup. My hotel has a front entrance so I’m not sure why she didn’t use it.
Double the price, twice the wait of an Uber. No customer service.

1.00Never use Go Airlink NYC private car service!!!! We pre-paid double what it costs for an Uber to ensure we had a car ready to pick us up at Newark airport when we arrived. This was to ensure a smooth arrival into the city given our long journey from South Africa with many bags and a 3-year old toddler. Not only was the car not available, there is no help desk. We were advised to call a helpline where I was placed on hold for about 10 minutes before speaking to a dispatcher. The dispatcher advised us the car would arrive in 5-7 minutes. We waited on the curb for over 30 minutes and no car arrived. The services is unreliable and incredibly inconvenient - details of the car picking you up are not shared in advance. We ended up calling an Uber which cost half the price and was infinitely more convenient. We will never use this service and would not recommend this service to anyone.
