Enjoyed our tour… if you’re interested in fiber arts like knitting this is a great opportunity to learn more about the process from start to finish at an actual working farm and processing mill… Very friendly and hands on tour that’s goes from feeding treats to the various breeds of alpacas to feeling the wonderful soft fibers at various stages of processing…

This was both a pleasant and educatioinal visit. My wife and I got to pet alpacas which they tolerate well, so nobody got kicked, unlike another place my wife visited. This is certainly a credit to the farmers Jean and David who select alpacas who are calm around people for petting and train them to behave. We also learned a lot about alpaca breeding, care and making woolen items out of their fiber. The fiber processing shop is a throughback to the times long gone, because even with electrically operated machines fiber processing is labor intensive and time consuming. That would teach any visitor to appreciate any natural wool item way more than the people of industrialized countries usually do.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sweet alpacas, chickens, and dogs. We had a great visit and bought a couple things in their gift shop. This tour is a great gift experience for grandkids that already have too many toys. I highly recommend.

The things we learned about the Alpacas was very informative and interesting. All our questions were treated respect and answered. Seeing how the fiber is processed was overwhelming with how much work and processing it takes to make yarn. As a knitter, I have a new admiration for yarn. This was a thoroughly enjoyable tour and well worth the travel time to get there.

The day we reserved for visiting was actually a shearing day but the owners invited us to come see the process instead of having the full tour. My partner and I do not regret accepting their invite to see how it works. We learned the steps that come before shearing day, the process day of, and finally the next step of processing the wool. The alpacas were darling to observe and all of the people part of shearing day were all exceptionally friendly. A huge thank you to the owners for letting us come visit on what is a high stress day that requires lots of attention and all hands on deck. The next time we visit the region we are most definitely returning for the full tour. If you have the oportunity to go I highly recommend it.

Amazing experience! Got to feed the alpacas. That was the best experience. We were also shown how alpaca wool is processed. That was very informational. And lastly their gift shop, selling items made of pure alpaca wool were of good quality too!! Would recommend visiting here for sure.
