Prior to my travel we had communication once I said it looked like our ship was going to be late getting to port, but still prior to our meeting time Viator stopped communicating. Since our ship did not stop and it was less than 24 hours which I had absolutely no control of. But as soon as I had internet to contact them I communicated this. Then started getting emails asking to review. I did find where I could ask for a refund I asked, I stated the trouble our ship had and again no response. A day later I looked at the app on previously booked and it shows Refund declined. If it was a deposit or a small amount of money ok but this was $650. USD. Not acceptable to keep the entire cost. And to not have any communication from them or the woman who was to be our driver. If this is how they do business I’ll never book with them again, and I will tell anyone I know to never use them. This was totally out of my control and I desperately wanted to go on this excursion so VERY DISAPPOINTED. Further down they ask for a review title I put VERY DISAPPOINTED and they won’t let you use all caps! Wonder why you don’t want me to be loud with caps. 😡

Right away we appreciated that Antonio asked us what we were interested in seeing and doing as some tour guides seem to have their own agendas. He was a true gentleman, and did a great job giving us interesting information about each stop on the tour. This was our favorite tour of our cruise. The Amalfi Coast is a must see and absolutely stunning and we would recommend this to everyone. Thank you Antonio for such a wonderful, relaxing, and enjoyable day!
