5.00It was a long day, but so worth it! Laura, the guide was knowledgeable and great fun! Handles our large group beautifully! I did love that they split the group in to two groups and then had private guides throughout Pompeii! Have a suggestion for pizza for an additional 28 euros was awesome! Didn’t have to waste time looking for lunch.

5.00This was one of the best tours I’ve experienced. Positano was heaven on earth and Pompei was fascinating. I’m a solo traveler but our guide Marius made me feel very safe and he gave very clear directions on meeting points and great details on our itinerary. I would absolutely recommend!

5.00For anyone who would like to tour Pompeii without stress or planning, this tour is an absolute must! For less than €200 (total, not per person), my partner and I were able to embark on a beautiful journey down to Pompeii, where we were guided by an experienced and personable Pompeii guide. After, we took a stunning scenic drive along the Amalfi coast, toured the Limoncello factory, and then headed to Sorento where we were given free time to explore and take in the truly outstanding views of the town and coast. The full trip was about 12-13 hours, though our CityWonders tour guide, Marisa, made a long trip feel like a short drive with family. Marisa was an outstanding guide, she provided endless information about the areas we were passing through, even if they were not specifically included in the itinerary. She shared stories of her favourite activities, museums and recipes classic to Rome, and kept us all very well informed about our whereabouts and how long we would be travelling before reaching each destination. Marisa is truly one of a kind, and extremely knowledgable in her field. Enrico, our driver, was another master of his craft. Consistently punctual, and exceptional in his ability to tackle to difficult roads of Italy. Both Marisa and Enrico made us all feel very safe and welcome throughout the entire journey. If you are considering this trip, book it!

5.00I’m so glad we decided to book this day trip! Our tour guide Natascia was so fun and knowledgeable. She told a lot of interesting stories and facts about the areas we drove through. Danilo, the driver, was great as we traversed some pretty tight spaces with such a huge bus! Pompeii and the tour there was incredible. The visit to Sorrento was short but it was fun to see a new part of Italy and get a little taste of the coast! Over all, would highly recommend this tour!
