  Great crew , awesome weather. The boat wasn't to crowded and the sights from thr harbor looking back at the city were amazing.

  So this review has two parts. First, the sail on the boats was amazing. Got to pilot the boat as well as work as a grinder; great experience. The crew was entertaining and had appropriate emphasis on safety. Felt very comfortable. Second, I had originally booked for 2, then later amended the count to 4. I paid for 4 via the viator app and got confirmation of payment and 4 people. When arrived at provider location, they didn't show the amended list, only the original two. Evidently there was an issue between the provider and viator. The provider tried to contact viator to resolve the issue, but had to wait over 1 hour and hung up on the call. Originally it appeared we were not going to be able to take the tour but the provider moved us to the next day, which we were fortunately able to do. We had an even better time because two boats sailed against each other, sort of, during the sail and made for great photos. Somehow viator had not communicated the amendment properly (which was made over 2 months in advance). I would have been extremely upset if the provider not been able to work this out and was very accommodating.

  While we were unable to enjoy the full 2 hours sailing (no wind), we did enjoy the tour. I didn’t need too much excitement so it was perfect for me. It’s was a great way to see parts of Auckland from a different perspective. It helped that it was a beautiful day.
