5.00This was our second stopover day in Jordan and second tour with R&H VIP Transportation driver Mohammad Bardaghawi who again provided terrific service getting us to Petra from Amman and back safely and comfortably. The drive was long—about 3 hours each way—so having someone personable, thoughtful and generous as Mohammad taking you was a real gift! We also had R&H arrange a local guide to lead us through the ruins, and he—Essam Hamadani (sp?)—was also excellent, knowledgeable, and professional. But the trip was well worth it; we’re glad we went and highly recommend this tour when you have limited time—especially if you can get Mohammad to drive you there and Essam as your guide. I would also note they offered lots of options and suggestions for the trip and tour, and were very flexible and catered to the choices we made.

5.00Our driver Bardaghawi was extremely approachable and went above and beyond in his duty. Bardaghawi Provided regional information on the way too and from Petra. Conversation was extremely good and made the trip time roll on by. Petra itself was Amazing. Indiana being named after his dog is a small price too pay when confronted with the physical beauty and History of the place. Highly econmended

5.00Picked up on time by Mohammad in a new car. I had a great time with Mohammad driving me to Petra and back. He explained a lot about Jordan. Sam the guide at Petra fantastic he told me a lot about Petra and took some amazing photos for me. Thoroughly recommend this tour

5.00Bardaghawi Was great!! He contacted us the night before so that we knew when and where to meet him. He was very prompt and very friendly. when he drove us to Petra, he pointed out a few places we might be interested in and help us take pictures. he was very flexible and willing to arrange with the company for us to stay for the night show. He does have a great day!

5.00We had an excellent experience with Shadi as our guide and driver in Jordan. He drove us to Petra one day, and on the following day took us on a full tour to Mount Nebo, the Dead Sea, downtown Amman, and surrounding areas. From start to finish, everything was smooth, well-organized, and enjoyable. Shadi is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about his country. He answered all of our questions thoughtfully and never rushed us. My husband reads a lot about history and politics and always has plenty of questions—Shadi was more than happy to engage in deep, interesting discussions, which my husband truly enjoyed. The conversations added so much value to our experience and made the drives fly by. He is a very safe and confident driver, always punctual, and excellent at managing time so we were able to see and experience everything without ever feeling stressed or rushed. He was professional, friendly, and very accommodating, always making sure we were comfortable and getting the most out of each stop. And a bonus we didn’t expect—Shadi is a great photographer! He knew exactly where to stand, how to frame the shot, and patiently took photos at every stop. It honestly felt like traveling with your very own photographer. We highly recommend Shadi to anyone visiting Jordan who wants an informative, engaging, and stress-free experience. He truly made our trip memorable.

5.00Fantastic experience, Petra is amazing! I was astonished by the Siq, such extraordinary work of God! The tour was perfectly organized by the agency, everything went perfect, like a Swiss clock! And Shadi, our guide and driver was extremely knowledgeable, he gave us so many insightful information, not only about the touristical objectives on our trip but also about Jordan overall, plenty of tips to consider on our stay! Naturally, we booked another tour for the next day! :)

5.00On our second day in Jordan, we chose the full day tour to Petra from Amman through Viator, and opted for the ‘all inclusive’ option, which included a 2 hour guide of Petra and transfers. We had purchased the Jordan pass beforehand as we used this for other sites in Jordan, but they also asked for this on arrival to Petra. The tickets were already printed with our names on them. We left Amman at 7:30am, and stopped at a restaurant/shop half way, as this broke up the 3 hour journey to and from Petra. Our driver, Abdallah, drove very safely and had water for us throughout the journey, which was great. Petra was definitely worth the visit, and a guide was needed to help us with the history behind the city.

5.00This is the BEST experiences I’ve ever had!!! The tour guide Essam is so knowledgeable, so professional and so kind. Essam took pictures for me which is beyond the professional photographers can offer, and I found out he has a degree in Graphic Design!! The driver Shadi is extremely professional, kind and friendly. He made 6 hours drive of round trip extremely safe and enjoyable!! Jordan is a beautiful country, Petra is the best experience, after I visited all new 7 wonders of the world! I would highly recommend the company and the tour to all the travelers!!!
