5.00KINboat is the best canal tour option in Amsterdam!! We went as a family (two parents, a teen, and a preteen) in April 2026. It was the best option in terms of availability and price and it was worth way more than we paid! All day I watched other boats go past with a bunch of alcohol that people weren’t drinking. I think KINboat does have an option that includes a drink if that’s what you’re looking for, but let’s be honest- you can drink in a bar. What you want in a canal tour is a relaxing and fun and informative ride. That’s exactly what we got with our captain, Alex. So many interesting facts about the city plus a ton of great photos opps, including the Dancing Houses! A great experience in an open boat which looked way better than being trapped under a plastic roof. Go on a KINboat!

5.00Really nice trip around the canals on the KIN Boat with Skipper Derk. He made the trip fun, with his knowledge and fun fats. The open topped boat is a nice way to see the city especially if the weather is sunny like we had. They provided blankets to stay warm if the breeze picks up. Thanks, Derk! Fearne - BC, Canada.

5.00The cruise went on multiple canals and past all the interesting landmarks including the dancing houses. Alex was a good guide and shared lots of interesting facts and history as we went. The seats were comfy and blankets were available. I recommend this tour!
