5.00The meeting time needs to be communicated that it’s can be flexible. We waited over 45 minutes - ticket information said to be at the meeting spot 10 min early, boat arrived more than 30 min later than meeting time. Besides the confusion we enjoyed the cruise and the tour guide did a fantastic job.

5.00Such an awesome experience! Great way to see Amsterdam without the crowds. All 5 of us got the open bar option and thought it was WELL worth it. Our drinks stayed topped the whole whole time:)

5.00For our company outing they had organized a top boat trip! The communication with Luuk beforehand was super nice: clear, fast and personal. He even called a day in advance to go over everything and half an hour before departure to wish us lots of fun. That kind of attention really makes all the difference. The boat itself was clean and tidy, the drink was nice and cold, warm bitter garnish on the way, there was good music and the staff on board were friendly and helpful. Everything was arranged to perfection. In short: a super experience and in my opinion highly recommended for other companies looking for a relaxing, well-organized boat trip!

2.00Tour guide showed up 15 minutes late. Very cramped small bus. Places we visited were just tourist traps. Told to find our own way back to the bus. Very confusing. Then back in Amsterdam the driver put us off a 30 minute walk from where we started with no direction provided. Tour guide was pleasant.
