What To Expect
The reason the houses in Amsterdam are tilted is because of the soil. The city is built on marshlands, which means that everything heavy sinks right into the soil. Therefore, we started to build upon wooden poles to reach a deeper and more sturdy layer of soil that could support the heavy houses.

5.00We booked beforehand via TripAdvisor. It was a little hard to find at the beginning since there were no visible flags. Albert and Rob greeted us warmly and made sure everyone was comfortable and had a drink. Albert knows a lot about Amsterdam and tells it very entertaining. We enjoyed the tour :) P.s. dogs are allowed
