5.00Best for an intimate ride with a small amount of people. The tulips for pictures were great! Our tour guide was so nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable as well. We learned quite a bit. Would 100% recommend!

5.00Trip was cancelled due to weather. I emailed the company to rebook and luckily managed to get on for the next morning. Boat was lovely decorated, skipper was friendly and informative, trip itself was relaxing. Will recommend to friends visiting amsterdam in the future.

5.00We had a fantastic experience on this boat tour. Our skipper was excellent, friendly, engaging, and full of interesting facts and funny stories about Amsterdam. The tour had a small and intimate feel, which made it easy to chat with both the skipper and other guests. This created a relaxed and social atmosphere that really enhanced the experience. The boat was beautifully designed and very photogenic, perfect for capturing some great photos along the canals. Drinks were available on board, and payment was made at the end of the tour. Overall, I highly recommend Flagship Cruises. I will definitely book another tour with them the next time I visit Amsterdam.

2.00Booked a tour for 9pm and they moved our booking to 6:30 with no other options available. Luckily we were flexible with time.. The experience was great other than the tour guide/boat operator condescendingly joking about how “chinese girls only come on the boat tour to take pictures”… Felt a bit disrespected given i and my gf is asian.. All eyes on the boat shot directly to us and felt targeted.. Im sure it was just a joke but pls refrain next time.
Expensive for what we got and quite disorganised.

3.00On arrival, we were told by a few of the flagship tour guides where to wait for our boat, then we were told we were in the wrong place and asked to move to another jetty, and moved a second time, it felt as though nobody knew where we should line up and wait. Our guide on the boat was friendly enough, but we got off to a very tricky start as he couldn't pull into the jetty as there were too many boats so we had to wait a fair bit before boarding. He kept apologising, but obviously it wasn't his fault. We had booked our tickets at the Flagship shop at a cost of 37.5 euros per person, when we were waiting to get on the boat, others who hadn't booked asked how much the tour was and they were given a price of 23 euros per person, leaving us feeling bit fed up and out of pocket. So be warned, don't buy from their ticket shop! Appalling. Our guide was pleasant enough and took us through the narrow canals. There were only 5 of us on board and the other passengers were very quiet so not much conversation so I felf for our guide. Not sure really why half the boat is filled with tulips? It was called the tulip tour which Initially thought was a canal trip to a tulip field not just a boat with tulips onboard. All in all, the trip was ok, but really not worth the 75 euros we paid. Felt conned
